Best advice I can give on learning how to pose is spend time in the mirror (ideally a studio room so you have a lot of space to work with) and figure out your “good” side. From there you can play around with the angle of your hips (most will never directly be facing forward). Lastly, an underrated piece is to get some shorts that actually fit and aren’t overly poofy. If you’re trying to grow your quads with a machine squat, I’d recommend the hack squat over a V-Squat since the direction of the resistance (due to the arc of the v-squat) matches more with the direction that your glutes can contribute on the exercise rather than quads.
