🍓Strawberries & Cream Chia Seed Pudding🍓 Ingredients: - 2 tbsp chia seeds per serving - 1/2 cup strawberry mixture - Optional: 1 tsp sweetener of choice (if desired) -Yogurt (I used Siggis coconut yogurt) -coconut shreds Strawberry Mixture: - 2 cups milk of choice (I used regular cows milk) - 1 cup strawberries Instructions: 1. In a blender, combine milk and strawberries. Blend until smooth. 2. In each container, add 2 tbsp of chia seeds. 3. Pour the strawberry mixture over the chia seeds in each container. 4. Optionally, add 1 tsp of sweetener to each container, according to preference. 5. Stir well to combine all ingredients. 6. Refrigerate the containers overnight. 7.Top with Siggis coconut yogurt (or yogurt of choice) and coconut shreds. Biscoff creme Overnight Oats 😍 anyone else go to bed dreaming of breaky? 😂 Ingredients to serve 3 jars. •2 small bananas •1.5 cups oats •1/2 cup of vanilla or white choc protein i use macr0mike discount code: amb-noa •1.5 tbs chia seeds •1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk Biacoff creme : •2 tbs Biscoff spread •2-3 tbs vanilla coconut yoghurt (Or yoghurt of choice) White Choc layer •35g white chocolate •50g coconut yoghurt Method: Add oat ingredients to a bowl or jar. Mix & place in the fridge for 5 -10 mins to thicken. Top with sliced banana. Mix melted slightly cooled biscoff with yoghurt and divide between jars. Melt white chocolate with coconut yoghurt for 30 Wconds in the microwave. Mix till combined and top each jar. Set in the fridge for a few hours or overnight! Breakfast for the pregnant missus… or me?🤣🤫 Its not my fault shes fussy and doesnt like anything 🤣🤣 In any case, recipe below: 1. For the hollaindaise add 1-2 yolks to a bowl with a squeeze of lemon juice, dash of white vinegar, salt & pepper. 2. Get this over a pot of lightly simmering water (not too hot, dont cook the yolk) - whisk and add butter, melt this in and you’re done. If the wgg cooks, you have to do it again - if it splits, add a drop of hot water! 3. Now add your eggs to a sieve, drain off the excess watery white & add to a slightly stirred pot of simmering water for 2-3 mins 4. Then toast up your bread or muffins 5. The Ultimate Egg Sarnie Serves 1 3 large free range eggs 2 tbsp mayonnaise 2 tbsp full fat yogurt 2 spring onions, finely chopped A small handful of finely chopped chives Bread of your choice to serve Finely chopped lettuce to serve Salt 1. If your eggs are fridge cold, boil them for 9 minutes and then plunge into ice cold water for 4 minutes. Room temperature eggs will need to boil for 8. Peel and then mash. 2. Add the mayonnaise, yogurt, spring onions and chives to the eggs and season with salt to taste. Slather the mixture all over a piece of bread and top with the salad.
