TORTILLAS DE PLÁTANO 🍌 Estas tortillas de plátano quedaron muy exitosas, son fáciles de preparar, flexibles, tan delgadas como tú lo prefieras, y sólo necesitas dos ingredientes más 👩🏼‍🍳 si no comes gluten estas tortillas son ideales para ti, porque el plátano naturalmente no lo contiene y así reemplaza las tortillas de harina de trigo 🌾 _______________________________________________ 🔺Ingredientes 🍌🧂 • 1 plátano verde • Aceite de oliva • Sal 🔺Preparación 🍽 • Corta el plátano en trozos medianos y llévalos a cocinar en agua que ya esté hirviendo hasta que estén blandos • Rállalos con la parte fina del rallador • Agrega sal y aceite de oliva, comienza a amasa ⚠️ el éxito de estas tortillas es la masa, es necesario que tengas una masa suave, húmeda (no mucho 😅) y que no se quiebre, así que de ser necesario, añadir un poco de agua de la cocción o un poco más de aceite de oliva. 👩🏼‍🍳 Yo le añadí varias veces agua y una más de aceite de oliva, si observas el vídeo, formó una bola grande con la masa, ahí me di cuenta que estaba lista porque se dejaba formar esa bola sin que se quebrara • Haz las bolas del tamaño que prefieras sabiendo que de eso dependerá el tamaño de la tortilla, yo las hice de tamaño mediano para que me quedara en un tamaño taquerito • Aplánalas con un plato, una tabla o si cuentas como yo con una pataconera, pues con ella. Chopped Egg Salad 🥬 This is a simple and protein-rich recipe that will keep you full. You can serve the salad on lettuce leaves or enjoy it with bell peppers or your favorite bread. Ingredients: 1/2 ripe avocado 2 medium-boiled eggs (about 9 minutes) 1 small shallot 1 tbsp honey mustard 1 tbsp cottage cheese Juice of 1/2 lime Garlic powder, salt, and pepper Romaine lettuce leaves for serving Everything Bagel Seasoning Instructions: Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and dice the flesh into small pieces. Peel and halve the boiled eggs, then place them on a cutting board along with the avocado. Add shallot, mustard, cottage cheese, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Chop everything with a knife. Depending on your preference, chop coarsely or finely. Serve the salad on romaine lettuce leaves and sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning. Prep them in 5 minutes for up to 5 days. - 2. Garlic Beef Burritos • I ate two of these! They’re large, filling and another great source of protein. I actually have two servings of veggies (zucchini) in each burrito! Packed with flavour and another great recipe to meal prep if you’re short on time! - 3. Buffalo Chicken Loaded Fries. • This is a way more fun and enjoyable way to eat your basic chicken and potatoes! The sauce is also homemade, low calorie and stored in the fridge to add on any meal I like. Lately I’ve been having two large meals a day, so this will be my last big plate of food. - 4. Healthy Vanilla Cupcakes I ate about 3 of these! They’re a low calorie sweet that is made with healthier, whole ingredients to kick my late night cravings. It also is packed with protein so I can ensure I’m ending my night hitting all my goals. - 5. Water Throughout the day, I drink about 4L+ of water. I have a half gallon jug that I finish the first half of the day, and then another for the second half. - 6.
