Slowcooker Cheesy Beef Taco Rice🍚🌶️ 496 cals - serves 5 Just insane, if you like beef tacos, cheese and rice this is for you! Have you ever cooked rice in your Slowcooker? Totally inspired by the main man @Sean Casey so go drop him a follow. Ingredients - 700g beef strips or thin steaks cut up - 1 sachet of taco seasoning - 1 onion - 1 red pepper - 2 garlic cloves - 1 can of passata - 1 tbsp tomato purée - Salt and pepper - 300g dried rice - Handful of coriander to garnish - 1 handful of cheddar Method: 1. Thai Beef Salad 🥗 Ingredients - 400g (0.88 lbs) beef sirloin steak - 3 tbsp fish sauce - 1 tbsp dark soy sauce - 1 tsp brown sugar - 100g (3.5 oz) raw jasmine rice - 2 kaffir lime leaves - 1 large shallot, sliced thin - 200g (7 oz) cherry tomatoes, cut in half - 1/2 bunch coriander, picked - 1/2 bunch mint, picked - 1 lime, juiced - a pinch of chilli flakes Method 1. To marinate the beef, add the beef, 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, and the sugar to a bowl. Mix well and marinate for 2-12 hours. 2. Once the beef is marinated, cook it on a grill to rare or medium rare, let it rest for 6 minutes, and then slice thinly. 3. Add the raw rice with the kaffir lime leaves to a dry frying pan and toast over medium heat until golden brown. Then transfer to a mortar and pestle and pound until you achieve a coarse sand consistency. 4. To assemble the salad, add the herbs (coriander and mint), sliced steak, shallots, tomatoes, toasted rice, lime juice, and more fish sauce to a bowl. Prepare the Pellet Grill\Smoker: • Preheat your @Traeger Grills Ironwood XL to 200°F (93°C) using oak, mesquite, hickory, or pecan pellets. 2. Prepare the Brisket: • Start with a trimmed brisket. • Generously coat all sides of the brisket with Uncle Dibbz Texas Steak Rub, ensuring even coverage. 3. Smoke the Brisket: • Place the brisket fat side up in the pellet grill. If available, utilize a second shelf to position the brisket further from the heat source. • Smoke the brisket until the internal temperature reaches 175°F (79°C), approximately 13 hours. 4. Wrap the Brisket: • Wrap the brisket tightly in unwaxed butcher paper to preserve the bark while allowing airflow. • Alternatively, you can wrap in foil for a faster finish, but be aware this may result in a softer bark. • Decide on your desired serving time to determine temperature adjustments. Ingredients: -Diced Beef -carrots -potatoes -onions -garlic(chopped) -Zucchini -beef stock or water -bay leaves -tomato paste -1tbs flour -Worcestershire sauce Method; In a pan seat the diced beef,then add in onions,carrots,potatoes,salt and pepper,garlic,tomato paste,flour.mix until combined. -next add in beef stock and bayleaves,cover and bring place in the oven to cook for 1.5hrs at 180 degrees Celsius . The meat should be tender Place it back on the stove,add in zucchini and cook for 8 more minute uncovered to cook the zucchini and make the gravy thick. #beef #beefstew #beefrecipes

♥️mettici il cuore in cucina♥️ STUFATO DI MANZO CHE RICORDA IL BOEUF BOURGUIGNON Ingredienti: 1 kg di manzo ( cappello del prete, punta di petto) 1 carota 1 cipolla bianca Gambi di prezzemolo Una testa d’aglio 500g di patate rosse Vino per sfumare Mezzo bicchiere di aceto balsamico Mezzo bicchiere di salsa di soia 2 cucchiai di miele 1 cucchiaio di concentrato di pomodoro Farina q.b. Fette di pane tostato Olio Sale Pepe Procedimento: Pulisci e taglia le verdure, dividi a metà una testa di aglio, in una casseruola metti tutte le verdure con un po’ di olio e fai rosolare. Taglia la carne a dadini, infarinala, togli l’eccesso di farina e rosola in padella con olio da tutti i lati. Trasferisci la carne con i suoi succhi di cottura nella pentola con le verdure, fai insaporire. Unisci il concentrato di pomodoro, la salsa di soia, l’aceto balsamico e il miele, sfuma con il vino e dopo che l’alcol sarà evaporato metti acqua fredda a coprire. Cuoci per circa 3 ore. Tosta il pane, togli la testa di aglio dallo stufato e spalma uno spicchio sul pane tostato.
