HEALTHY FRENCH FRIES 🍟😋 These fries are SO crispy and delicious, you won’t even know that they are healthier for you! We have been having these as our dinner side multiple times a week, they are sooo good and easy to make! You can adjust the recipe depending on how many people you want to feed - just lightly coat the fries in olive oil and add a big pinch of salt and they turn out perfect! Ingredients: - 4 russet potatoes - 1 tbsp olive oil - 1 tsp sea salt How to: - Wash and dry the potatoes. - Slice into even fry shapes about 1/2 inch thick. - Add to a big bowl of ice water and let soak for about 10 minutes, then rinse under cold water until the water runs clear. This removes the starch and makes the fries so much crispier! - Pat the fries completely dry with a clean towel. - Add to a bowl and toss in olive oil and sea salt. - Add to your air fryer and air fry at 400F for 25-30 minutes, shaking every 5-10 minutes until they are deep golden and crispy. - TIP: If you want to make a lot of fries but don’t want to overcrowd your air fryer, air fry half of them, then set aside on a plate and air fry the other half. i was craving brownies and warm pudding but then i realised i could have both… WARM BROWNIE PUDDING makes 16 125g almond flour 28g cocoa powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp sea salt 170g coconut sugar 2 eggs 6 tbsp (80g) coconut or olive oil 50g choc chips (optional) Line or grease 9×9 square pan and set aside. Preheat oven to 350°C/180°C In a bowl whisk together the eggs, oil and coconut sugar, once combined add the almond flour, cacao powder, baking soda, and salt. 
Fold in choc chips at this stage if you want them, I don’t think they are 100% necessary tbh Pour batter into the lined pan Bake for 20-25 min until the top is hard but the inside has a tiny jiggle to it still Allow to cool slightly before serving Per serving: 123kcal, 14g carbs, 7g fat, 4g protein I hope you enjoy! CRISPY BAKED TACOS 🌮😋 These tacos are the perfect weeknight dinner to make - easy, healthy, done in 30 minutes and SO delicious! This recipe about 8 tacos. Taco ingredients 🌮 - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1/2 of a white onion, diced - 2 tsp olive oil - 1 lb ground chicken or turkey - 4.5 oz can chopped green chilis - 1/2 tsp each: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, cumin - 3/4 tsp salt - 1/4 cup cilantro leaves, diced - 1/2 tbsp lime juice - Olive oil spray - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese - 8 tortillas (almond flour, flour, or corn) Cilantro yogurt dip 🌿 - 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt - Small handful cilantro leaves - 1 clove garlic - 1 tbsp lime juice - Salt & pepper to taste How to: - Preheat oven to 425F. - Mince the garlic and dice the onion. - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and onion and saute for 3-4 mins to soften. - Add the ground chicken or turkey and break up until cooked through. - Stir in the chopped chilis and all spices, then remove pan from heat and stir in cilantro and lime juice. - Spray a baking tray with olive oil spray. It’s so delicious on toast, in a wrap or sandwich, on a salad, or with chips! It’s also so easy to make, and you can add any fresh or dried herbs that you like! Ingredients: - 2 cooked chicken breasts - 2 green onions, diced - 1/4 cup cilantro leaves, diced - 1 tsp garlic powder - 1 tsp onion powder - 1 tsp dried parsley - 1 tsp dried dill - 1 tsp pesto or dried basil - 1/3-1/2 cup greek yogurt (or I like avocado oil mayo) - Salt + pepper to taste How to: - Shred the chicken using a mixer or two forks. - Add the chicken to a big bowl with all of the fresh and dried herbs, and greek yogurt or mayo. - Mix until well combined then season to taste with salt and pepper. - Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Upgrade those chicked wraps!🔥🔥 1. Slice up your chicken and season with your favourite mix and some oil - leave this for at least 20 mins or overnight in the fridge to get FLAVOURY 2. Make your wrap dough, just go by eye because then youre more likely to keep doing it. Boil the kettle and just let it calm down, then add it to your flour and salt - we want to mix it into a ball that isnt too wet but also not too dry, go by feeling (i do have a recipe in the from scratch series for these but i prefer by eye)… then knead for a few mins to develop some gluten and leave it to chill out 3. Add your chicken to the pan with veggies like onions and peppers and cook through for about 10 mins 4. Then grab a ball of dough, grab a rolling pin or bottle and roll out your dough into wraps on a floured work surface 5. Then add then to a hot frying pan or hot plate to get some nice colour! 6. Now layer up your wraps, yogurt down, some cucumber and tomatoes, your chicken n veggies, pickled cabbage if you have it, coriander and sweet chilli sauce (really just whatever you want) 7. I finally caved and bought a veggie cutter so I can make easy salads like the cool kids. May I submit my epic battle with and eventual taming of the veggie chopper for your viewing pleasure. Now that I know how to use this baby to get peak performance, your girl is out to create all the fun salads. Salad Ingredients: Romaine lettuce, English cucumber, red bell pepper, purple onions, chick peas and cranberries. I used Ken’s Steakhouse raspberry walnut to dress the salad and added grilled halloumi for salt and protein. Paso a paso en la descripción 👇🏻. . Chorizos de pollo saludables 🍗❤️‍🔥. Guarden ésta receta que es un 10/10 y además no les quita mucho tiempo ⏱️. . Ingredientes ( 5 chorizos ): • 1 pechuga de pollo. • 1/2 cebolla cabezona. • 1/4 pimentón. • 2 dientes de ajo. • Sal, pimienta, paprika u comino al gusto. . Proceso: . 1. Procesa la pechuga de pollo muy bien. 2. Lleva la pechuga de pollo a un bowl y agrega la cebolla, el pimentón, el ajo y las especias . Integra todo muy bien. 3. En cuadrados de papel vinipel, agrega la masa de los chorizos y enrolla como un dulce, dándoles forma. 4. Cocina los chorizos en agua caliente 20-30 minutos. 5. Una vez cocinados, sácalos del agua y retírales el plástico. 6.
