ALBÓNDIGAS DE POLLO! 🤤 ingredientes: para el caldo: 3 tomates un pedazo pequeño de cebolla blanca 1 diente de ajo 2 cubitos de @knorrmexico cero sal 1 cdita. pimienta 1 litro de agua opcional 1 litro de agua extra para las albóndigas: 600 gr. pechuga de pollo molida 1/4 cebolla blanca picada 3 cdas. arroz 1 cdita. pimienta 1 cdita. ajo en polvo sal al gusto procedimiento: comienza licuando los tomates, la cebolla, el ajo, la pimienta y 1/2 litro de agua. lleva la mezcla a una ollita a fuego medio, añade los cubitos de caldo de pollo cero sal y como ahora tú controlas la sal, la añades al gusto. añade el resto de agua, tapa y deja hervir. en un recipiente mezcla la carne molida de pollo, la cebolla picada, el arroz, la pimienta, el ajo en polvo y la sal al gusto. haz las albóndigas del tamaño de tu preferencia y añádelas inmediatamente al caldo hirviendo. cocina tapado por 15 minutos. pasado el tiempo añade la papa y la zanahoria cortada al gusto y cocina por 10 minutos. después integra la calabaza y cocina 5 minutos más. ¡ahora si a disfrutar! I usually make pizza bagels but spotted @Christina doing it with bread and this is another way of doing it. Converted Ingredients - 2 slices of bread - Cheddar or mozzarella - Pepperoni - Few tbsp Pizza sauce or passata - 1/2 tsp Garlic optional - 1 tsp Italian dry herbs 🌿 Method. 1. Mix the pizza sauce, garlic and herbs spread over the bread 2. Top with cheese and pepperoni 3. To stop the pepperoni blowing off use cocktail sticks to keep them in place 4. Airfry for 7 mins or so at 180 You could also skip the pepperoni and make with veg! Taco Tater Tot Casserole is an easy dinner recipe my family loves! INGREDIENTS 1 lb ground beef 1 chopped onion 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper 1 tsp each of cumin, dried cilantro, 2 tsp chili powder 1/4 tsp cayenne 1 can corn (drained) 1 can Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles (not drained) 1 cup sour cream 2 cups shredded Colby Jack Cheese Tater Tots or Crispy Crowns Buffalo Wild Wing’s Southwest Ranch INSTRUCTIONS Brown one lb of ground beef with a chopped onion in a skillet over medium high heat. Once browned drain grease and season with salt, pepper, cumin, dried cilantro, chili powder, and cayenne. You could use a taco seasoning packet instead of these seasoning if you would rather do that. Add one can of drained corn, one can of Rotel (not drained), 1 cup sour cream, and about 1 cup of shredded Colby Jack cheese. Stir everything together well. Top with one more cup of shredded cheese. Top with tater tots or the crispy crowns. I didn’t quite use the whole bag. Bake at 400 degrees for about 35 minutes or until the tater tots are cooked to your liking. You can also broil the tater tot casserole for a few minutes to help the tots get crispy. Top with Buffalo Wild Wing’s Southwest Ranch. Enjoy! Let me know if you try it out! Crockpot Marry Me Chicken Spaghetti🔥 INGREDIENTS 1 lb chicken breasts 1/2 tsp each of salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme 1 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes 1 TBSP of minced garlic 1/3 cup of chopped sun dried tomatoes 2 15 oz jars Alfredo sauce 1 lb spaghetti 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese 1 cup mozzarella cheese INSTRUCTIONS Add chicken breasts, salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, paprika, red pepper flakes, minced garlic, and chopped sun dried tomatoes to a large crockpot. Cover the chicken in two jars of Alfredo sauce. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Cook 1 lb of spaghetti according to the directions on the box. Once chicken is fully cooked cut the chicken into cubes or shred it. Add the chicken back to the crockpot. Add cooked spaghetti, 1 cup of mozzarella, and 1/4 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese. Mexican Pizzas are an easy dinner recipe perfect for Taco Tuesday! INGREDIENTS 1 lb of ground beef 1 chopped onion 1/2 tsp salt and pepper 2 tsp chili powder 1 tsp each cumin and dried cilantro 1/4 tsp cayenne 1 TBSP minced garlic Small Fajita size flour tortillas 1 can refried beans Taco Sauce 2 cups of shredded cheese Diced tomatoes Chopped green onions Vegetable oil INSTRUCTIONS Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add a chopped onion. Once beef is fully cooked drain any extra grease. Season with salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, dried cilantro, and cayenne. Add minced garlic and stir. While the beef is cooking lightly fry flour tortillas in a separate skillet. Add just enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom of the skillet. Fry tortillas on both sides until golden brown. Once tortillas are fried place them on paper towels to absorb any extra grease. Heat up refried beans to make them easier to work with. Spread refried beans on top of flour tortillas. Add a scoop of ground beef. Add a little bit of shredded cheese and add another fried tortilla. Spoon some taco sauce on top of the tortilla and top with more shredded cheese.
