BBQ Chicken Potato Skillet is an easy weeknight dinner recipe! Recipe 2 chicken breasts 5 small/medium potatoes olive oil + salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (for potatoes) 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper 1 tsp each of paprika, ranch seasoning, and onion powder 2 TBSP butter 1 TBSP minced garlic 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese Steps Peel, wash potatoes, and cut up into cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (I don’t use exact measurements for this part). Cook potatoes in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 20-25 minutes shaking them around at least a couple times while they cook. Once potatoes are cooking, cut chicken into cubes. Cook chicken in a skillet on medium high heat with a little butter. Season chicken with 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper, 1 tsp each of paprika, ranch seasoning, and onion powder. Once chicken is finished cooking add the minced garlic and about 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce. Add cooked potatoes to the skillet and stir everything together. Top with shredded cheese. Broil in the oven for just a few minutes to melt the cheese (you could also cover with a lid and let this sit on the stove until cheese melts). Crockpot Marry Me Chicken Spaghetti🔥 INGREDIENTS 1 lb chicken breasts 1/2 tsp each of salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme 1 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes 1 TBSP of minced garlic 1/3 cup of chopped sun dried tomatoes 2 15 oz jars Alfredo sauce 1 lb spaghetti 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese 1 cup mozzarella cheese INSTRUCTIONS Add chicken breasts, salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, paprika, red pepper flakes, minced garlic, and chopped sun dried tomatoes to a large crockpot. Cover the chicken in two jars of Alfredo sauce. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Cook 1 lb of spaghetti according to the directions on the box. Once chicken is fully cooked cut the chicken into cubes or shred it. Add the chicken back to the crockpot. Add cooked spaghetti, 1 cup of mozzarella, and 1/4 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese. Mexican Pizzas are an easy dinner recipe perfect for Taco Tuesday! INGREDIENTS 1 lb of ground beef 1 chopped onion 1/2 tsp salt and pepper 2 tsp chili powder 1 tsp each cumin and dried cilantro 1/4 tsp cayenne 1 TBSP minced garlic Small Fajita size flour tortillas 1 can refried beans Taco Sauce 2 cups of shredded cheese Diced tomatoes Chopped green onions Vegetable oil INSTRUCTIONS Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add a chopped onion. Once beef is fully cooked drain any extra grease. Season with salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, dried cilantro, and cayenne. Add minced garlic and stir. While the beef is cooking lightly fry flour tortillas in a separate skillet. Add just enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom of the skillet. Fry tortillas on both sides until golden brown. Once tortillas are fried place them on paper towels to absorb any extra grease. Heat up refried beans to make them easier to work with. Spread refried beans on top of flour tortillas. Add a scoop of ground beef. Add a little bit of shredded cheese and add another fried tortilla. Spoon some taco sauce on top of the tortilla and top with more shredded cheese. Parmesan Garlic Steak & Tortellini made on the griddle🔥 INGREDIENTS 2 strip steaks 1 sliced onion 1 large zucchini 10 oz grape tomatoes 19 oz bag frozen cheese tortellini Shredded Parmesan cheese Buffalo Wild Wing’s Parmesan Garlic sauce Heath Rile’s Garlic Butter Seasoning INSTRUCTIONS Cut steaks into cubes. Cut zucchini into smaller pieces and slice an onion. Heat griddle over medium heat. Add 1 tbsp oil and add all veggies. Season with Heat Rile’s Garlic Butter seasoning. Add steak to griddle and season with the same seasoning. Add one bag of frozen tortellini to the griddle and pour some water on the tortellini. Cover with a griddle dome and let cook for 3-5 minutes or until tortellini is tender and cooked. Once tortellini is cooked, quickly stir in some Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce and then remove the tortellini from the griddle. Stir veggies and steak around until both are cooked to your liking. Top tortellini with the veggies and steak. Mix together flour, 1/2 tsp each of salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and 1 tsp of Italian seasoning in a container. Dredge chicken into the flour/seasoning mixture. In a skillet heat olive oil and butter over medium high heat. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and it reaches 165 degrees. Remove the chicken from the pan and wipe out any extra grease. Melt 1 stick of butter over medium heat and add minced garlic stirring well. Add heavy cream, stirring constantly. Add rinsed rice and about 1 tbsp of olive oil. Stir around in the pan to toast the rice. Next, add the chopped onion, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, and dried cilantro. Add two cups of chicken broth and 1 tbsp minced garlic. Stir everything together well. Cover with a lid, turn the heat down to medium low, and cook for about 15-20 minutes. Heat second large skillet over medium high heat and add a little bit of olive oil. Add the sliced red onion and green peppers. Once those are cooked down to your liking, add the cubed up chicken to a bowl. Season with a little bit of olive oil, salt, pepper, cayenne, chili powder, cumin, paprika, and dried cilantro. Stir chicken and seasonings together. Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet with the peppers and onions. Once chicken is fully cooked serve it over the cooked rice. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add one pound of ground beef and a chopped onion. Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and onion powder. Once beef is cooked drain any extra grease. Turn the heat down to medium. Add 1 tbsp of minced garlic and 2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce. Stir everything together well. Add 3 tbsp of butter to the skillet. Once the butter is melted add 3 tbsp of flour. Stir together and let cook for at least one minute. Next, add 2 cups of beef broth and stir well. Let this continue cooking until it thickens. Once the mixture has thickened remove the skillet from the heat and stir in 1 cup of sour cream. Creamy Smoked Macaroni and Cheese🔥 INGREDIENTS 16 oz elbow macaroni 1/4 cup of butter (half a stick) 2 cups of Queso Blanco Velveeta cheese cut into cubes 2 cups of shredded Colby Jack cheese 1 egg 2 1/2 cups of milk 1 tsp garlic powder, dry mustard, and paprika 1/2 tsp black pepper INSTRUCTIONS Boil the elbow macaroni following the directions on the box. Whisk the egg and milk together in a bowl. Spray a 9x13 smoker safe dish with cooking spray. Pour the pasta into the pan. Top with the butter, cubes of Velveeta, shredded cheese, seasonings, and the egg/milk mixture. Stir everything together. Smoke on the smoker at 300 degrees for about 1 hour. Sweet & Sour Sheet Pan Meal is an easy one pan meal! INGREDIENTS 1 lb chicken breasts 1 pack kielbasa 2 green bell peppers 1 onion 2 cups fresh pineapple 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper 1 tsp each smoked paprika and garlic powder 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes Sweet & Sour sauce Chopped green onions Jasmine rice INSTRUCTIONS If serving the sheet pan meal over rice, cook 2 cups of jasmine rice according to the directions on the package. Cut chicken into cubes. Slice the kielbasa into rounds. Chop the onion, bell peppers, and pineapple into evenly cut pieces. Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray and add the chicken, kielbasa, onion, and bell peppers to the sheet pan. Add 1-2 tbsp of olive oil and season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Stir everything around well until everything is well coated in seasonings. Top the sheet pan meal with pineapple. Bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes. Broil for a couple of minutes once the chicken is fully cooked. Top with your favorite sweet and sour sauce. Easy Chicken Pot Pie🔥 INGREDIENTS 1 lb chicken breasts Salt, pepper, garlic powder 3 tbsp butter 3 tbsp flour 2 cups chicken broth 1/2 tsp each of salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme 1 tsp each of paprika, onion powder, garlic powder 12 oz bag of frozen mixed veggies Biscuits INSTRUCTIONS Cook the biscuits according to the directions on the package. Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise to make them thinner. Season the chicken lightly with some salt, pepper, and garlic powder (I don’t use exact measurements for this part). In a skillet over medium high heat melt 3 tbsp of butter. Once the butter has melted add 3 tbsp of flour and stir continuously until well combined. Let cook for a few minutes while still stirring. Add 2 cups of chicken broth and stir well. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Add the bag of frozen veggies. Stir well and when it starts bubbling add the chicken to the skillet. Make sure the chicken is covered in the gravy, cover with a lid, and turn the heat down to medium low. Let this cook for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temp of 165 degrees. My chicken was ready in about 10 minutes, but they were pretty thin. Recipe 3-4 lb Chuck Roast Salt, pepper, and garlic powder 2 TBSP butter 1 onion sliced 2 TBSP minced garlic 2 TBSP of Worcestershire sauce 12 oz of beer 1 package of Au Jus 1 1/2 cups beef broth Sub rolls Provolone cheese Steps Season the chuck roast on all sides with salt, pepper, and garlic. Melt butter in a skillet over medium high heat and sear chuck roast on all sides. Put the seared chuck roast in a crock pot. Pour 1 1/2 cups of beef broth over the chuck roast. Add sliced onions, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, beer, and Au Jus packet to the hot skillet stirring and letting it simmer. Pour the onion and gravy mixture over chuck roast in the crock pot and let cook on low for 6-8 hours. Shred the meat and discard any extra fat. Build sandwiches with the meat and provolone cheese.
