I'm obsessed, to say the least! #NinjaCeramic ✨ So go check out the range, and save this recipe to make when you're craving dumplings! 😍 Recipe:  (Serves 2) For the dough: 200g all purpose flour 100ml water For the filling: 200g pork mince (20% fat) 20g chives, finely chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 inch ginger, minced 1/2 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp light soy sauce 1 tbsp sesame oil For the tahini sauce: 3 tbsp tahini sauce 1 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp light soy sauce 1 juice of a lime 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 teaspoon garlic granules 3 tbsp water (depends on how smooth you'd like the sauce) Method: 1. Combine the flour and water in a bowl until a shaggy dough forms. Knead for one minute then wrap in clingfilm and set aside. 2. Place all your filling ingredients in a large bowl and combine into a smooth mixture. 3. Get your dough and place it on a lightly floured surface. Form it into a log and slice into 16-20 pieces. 4. Roll each piece into a circular wrapper around 3 inches in diameter. 5. Place a spoonful of the filling into the centre of the wrapper and fold and seal in a clockwise motion. Repeat for all dumplings. 6. Get your Ninja pans and cook your dumplings however you like. 7. To steam, place the dumplings in the steamer and cook for 8 minutes. 8. To pan-fry, drizzle some oil into your Ninja pan, place on medium-low heat. Add in your dumplings and 70ml water, then place on the lid and cook for 8 minutes. 9. Meanwhile, combine your tahini sauce ingredients in a bowl. Taste and season accordingly. 10. Serve up your dumplings with the sauce and enjoy! #internationalwomensday #dumplings
