Common mistake I see new lifters make is keeping their shoulders retracted as they perform this exercise. Rutina completa ESPALDA al final del video 🤜🤛 En cada ejercicios haz: 2 series de calentamiento (10 reps peso ligero) 1 serie de aproximacion (4 reps con el peso que tu crees que sera tu maximo) 1 serie llamada TOP set donde haces de 6-8 reps o al fallo con tu peso maximo Y de 1-2 series extras con 20% menos de tu peso maximo donde buscas sacar 8-10 reps o al fallo. ¿Que es fallo? Ir hasta el punto donde realmente no puedas sacar 1 repeticion mas con buena tenica. I don’t recommend doing the landmine t-bar row. You’re limiting your range of motion with the plates and the exercise requires a high degree of stabilization from your erectors (but admittedly not as much as a bent over barbell row). On the other hand, the chest supported t-bar row machine is a wonderful exercise because it eliminates the issue with stability AND the limited rom. #fyp #Fitness #gym #bodybuilding #backworkout
