INGREDIENTS 2 packages of Martha White Pizza Crust + oil and water Gravy (3 tbsp butter, 3 tbsp flour, and 2 cups of milk) 8-10 pieces of bacon 4 eggs scrambled Shredded cheddar cheese Shredded Mozzarella cheese Salt and pepper INSTRUCTIONS Cook bacon in the oven at 400 degrees F on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Mix Martha White Pizza crust following the directions on the package. Spread the pizza crust out over a large sheet pan. Blueberry French Toast Rollups Ingredients •1/2 block of cream cheese •1/3 cup fresh blueberries •1 tablespoon powdered sugar •8 slices of bread •2 tbsp of milk •2 eggs Directions 1)Blend together your cream cheese, blueberries, & powdered sugar. 2)Cut crust off of bread and roll into thin slices. 3)Spread filling on. 4)Whisk your eggs and milk together until combined. Then dip roll into egg and place on a buttered skillet on medium heat. 5)Rotate them until cooked through. 6)Sprinkle with extra powdered sugar and enjoy! PB&J French Toast Rollups Ingredients •Peanut Butter •Grape Jelly •Sandwich bread •2 eggs •1/4 cup of milk •1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional) •Butter Directions 1) Cut the crusts off of the slices of bread and use a rolling pin to flatten them. 2) Spread a thin layer of peanut butter and jelly on each piece of bread. Then roll them up tightly. 3) Mix together your eggs, milk, & maple syrup. 4) Heat pan on medium heat and melt butter. 5) Dip your roll ups into the egg mixture, then place into the pan. Cook the rolls ups until golden brown on all sides. Strawberry Oatmeal Cups Ingredients •3 cups old-fashioned oats •3 tablespoons honey •2 teaspoons baking powder •¼ teaspoon salt •1 cup milk •2 eggs •2 teaspoons vanilla extract •2 ripe bananas mashed • 1 cup chopped strawberries Directions 1)Combine the old-fashioned oats, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. 2)In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, honey, vanilla extract, and mashed banana together. 3)Then pour your dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir. Fold in your diced strawberries. 4)In a greased muffin tin, fill each cup 3/4 of the way full. Bake in 350°F oven for 30 minutes. Enjoy! Apple Spinach Waffles Ingredients •2 cups flour •1 tbsp baking powder •1/4 tsp salt •2 eggs •1 1/2 cups milk •1/4 cup melted butter •1/4 cup applesauce •1/2 tsp vanilla extract •1 cup packed spinach •1 1/2 tbsp sugar (optional) Directions 1)Stir together your flour, baking powder, and salt. If you love banana bread and a warm bowl of oats in the morning, this is gonna be your new easy fave. And YES, we PCOS girlies can have oats! Here we add a ton of protein and fiber to support healthy blood sugar and reverse insulin resistance. Banana Bread Baked Oats: 🍫INGREDIENTS * 2 c oats * 2 bananas * 2 c unsweetened plant-based milk * 4 tsp baking powder * 4 tsp vanilla * Generous Pinch cinnamon + sea salt * 4 scoop vanilla protein (I love my VITA-PCOS protein) * Mix ins: 1 banana, chopped, 4 Tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips (I used Bake Believe but I like Lily’s too!) 🍫DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease 4 ramekins. 2. Blend all ingredients (except mix-ins) and pour into 4 equal portions inside ramekins. Divide banana slice and chocolate chip mix-ins equally among ramekins and stir gently. Top with chopped walnuts (optional) and bake 20 mins.
