Blueberry French Toast Rollups Ingredients •1/2 block of cream cheese •1/3 cup fresh blueberries •1 tablespoon powdered sugar •8 slices of bread •2 tbsp of milk •2 eggs Directions 1)Blend together your cream cheese, blueberries, & powdered sugar. 2)Cut crust off of bread and roll into thin slices. 3)Spread filling on. 4)Whisk your eggs and milk together until combined. Then dip roll into egg and place on a buttered skillet on medium heat. 5)Rotate them until cooked through. 6)Sprinkle with extra powdered sugar and enjoy! PB&J French Toast Rollups Ingredients •Peanut Butter •Grape Jelly •Sandwich bread •2 eggs •1/4 cup of milk •1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional) •Butter Directions 1) Cut the crusts off of the slices of bread and use a rolling pin to flatten them. 2) Spread a thin layer of peanut butter and jelly on each piece of bread. Then roll them up tightly. 3) Mix together your eggs, milk, & maple syrup. 4) Heat pan on medium heat and melt butter. 5) Dip your roll ups into the egg mixture, then place into the pan. Cook the rolls ups until golden brown on all sides. Strawberry Oatmeal Cups Ingredients •3 cups old-fashioned oats •3 tablespoons honey •2 teaspoons baking powder •¼ teaspoon salt •1 cup milk •2 eggs •2 teaspoons vanilla extract •2 ripe bananas mashed • 1 cup chopped strawberries Directions 1)Combine the old-fashioned oats, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. 2)In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, honey, vanilla extract, and mashed banana together. 3)Then pour your dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir. Fold in your diced strawberries. 4)In a greased muffin tin, fill each cup 3/4 of the way full. Bake in 350°F oven for 30 minutes. Enjoy! Apple Spinach Waffles Ingredients •2 cups flour •1 tbsp baking powder •1/4 tsp salt •2 eggs •1 1/2 cups milk •1/4 cup melted butter •1/4 cup applesauce •1/2 tsp vanilla extract •1 cup packed spinach •1 1/2 tbsp sugar (optional) Directions 1)Stir together your flour, baking powder, and salt. Set that bowl aside. 2)Add your eggs, milk, butter, applesauce, vanilla extract and spinach to your blender. Blend until spinach is completely blended. 3)Add the spinach mixture to the flour mixture and stir until just combined. 4)Pour waffle mixture onto waffle iron and cook until they start to turn a golden brown color.
