Light and fresh, easy dinner! 🍋 500g any pasta-al dente 3 lemons zested and juiced 3-4 cloves garlic 1 large shallot-diced 1/4 cup parsley 3 Tbsp butter-divided 1/3 cup white wine or chicken stock 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts 3 Tbsp olive oil Salt Pepper Garlic powder Onion powder Smoked paprika Parmesan cheese Boil pasta in salted water until al dente set aside Juice and zest lemons, chop garlic, shallot and parsley, set aside Half each chicken breast and season with as listed above. Cook chicken in olive oil until cooked through, remove from pan. Add half butter and satire garlic and shallot 1 min.
