🍓Strawberries & Cream Chia Seed Pudding🍓 Ingredients: - 2 tbsp chia seeds per serving - 1/2 cup strawberry mixture - Optional: 1 tsp sweetener of choice (if desired) -Yogurt (I used Siggis coconut yogurt) -coconut shreds Strawberry Mixture: - 2 cups milk of choice (I used regular cows milk) - 1 cup strawberries Instructions: 1. In a blender, combine milk and strawberries. Blend until smooth. 2. In each container, add 2 tbsp of chia seeds. 3. Pour the strawberry mixture over the chia seeds in each container. 4. It was always meatballs for protein over here!! Here is a "Bro Meal" that is actually flavorful and that you'll want to eat more than once during the week. You can prep the quinoa and meatballs ahead of time to make your life easier. Let me know if you try it out!! How to: + Preheat the oven to 375 + Shred 5-6 Brussels sprouts (for one serving) and season with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, lemon juice, and balsamic glaze. Roast for 10-15 minutes until crispy. + Prep quinoa according to packaged directions. I use about 3/4-1 cup of quinoa per serving. + Mix 1 lb. ground chicken, 1 egg, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1/3 cup parmesan, 1/2 of a white onion (diced), 2 minced cloves of garlic, salt/ pepper/ italian seasoning until combined. + Roll into one inch meatballs (this made about 30 for me) and sear over medium/high heat in a skillet with some olive oil until the outside is mostly cooked. Pop them into the oven at 375 for 20-22 minutes or until cooked all the way through. + Dress 1 cup shredded kale with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and a little olive oil. + Mix brussels sprouts, kale, and quinoa in a large bowl. Top with mini meatballs (I do around 7 per serving) and dress with more lemon juice, balsamic glaze, and garlic salt. #mealprepideas #dietitian #balancedmeals #DinnerIdeas

DETAILS HERE ⬇️✨ MEAL PREP WEEK 5 As an RD I know how helpful meal prepping can be to make eating healthier easier throughout the week BUT I get bored of eating the same thing everyday (&spending 6 hours prepping food) SO instead of meal prepping I take 1 hour after I get back from the store to do a combination of “ingredient prep” & “meal prep”: MAKE: • 1 x easy breakfast (banana bread oat cups etc.) - enough for 3 days so you don’t get bored • 1-2 x grab and go balanced snack: - No bake chickpea cookie dough bites • 1x protein you can easily add to lunches (make it versatile- something you could add to salads, bowls, wraps etc.) - Crispy buffalo tofu • 1x carbohydrate source to add to meals - Air fryer diced sweet potatoes • properly store your leafy greens to increase their freshness (add a piece of paper towel and store upside down!) • 2-3 chopped fruits & veggies (wash and cut to have ready for easy snacks and additions to salads, stir fry etc.) * choose seasonal options if you can (ie. oranges, grapefruit and cauliflower) * chopped veggie(s) for snacks (as many veggies as you’d like just chop them up paired with a dip (like my Greek yogurt dill dip) for an easy snack) #EasyRecipe #mealideas #mealprepideas #dietitian #healthyprep #healthymealideas #mealprepping

These chicken tenders are unreal and my kids like them too!! I toss chicken breast and carrots with olive oil and then season well with a blend of paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and coconut sugar. I like to add turmeric and cumin but my kids prefer this way. Don’t skip the paprika- it not only enhances the taste but also adds a vibrant color to the dish. tastes good and gives great color. I air fry at 375° for 12-15 min depending on how large the pieces are. If you use an oven, it’s closer to 20-25 min. So delicious!
