Post game dinner for my clients. Some of those food items included a homemade paleo granola made with a variety of nuts, coconut shavings, maple syrup, ghee & cinnamon. Who has been seeing the chickpea blondies all over IG & tik tok!!! Got the inspo from @Jaclyn Savage, RD 💛 I didn’t have almond flour and these still turned out amazeeee. These are gf, df, refined sf - 1 can of chickpeas (rinsed & drained) - 1/3 cup almond butter (you can use any nut butter of your choice) - 1/2 cup of maple syrup - 2 tsp vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1/4 tsp baking soda - 1/2 tsp gray salt - flakey sea salt for the topping! - 1/3 cup HU chocolate chips - preheat oven to 350 - grease an 8x8 dish - drain & rinse chickpeas, add everything but the chocolate chips to blender or food processer & blend until smooth - transfer to a bowl & fold in chocolate chips - transfer to the 8x8 dish & sprinkle w/ some flakey salt - bake at 350 for 17-20 min (they will continue to bake slightly once you remove them from oven, let them sit for 1-2 hours before eating for the best consistency!) MAKES 9 SQUARES! I prepped a spicy cilantro and Serrano pepper bone broth soup with some shredded chicken as prep. Weightloss Rice Recipes - Episode 1 Soya Peas Pulao & Cucumber Raita . Cal : 372 | fat : 5.2 Carbs : 49 G | Protrin : 30 G Serves : 2 Ingredients 40 gm Soya Chunks 50 gm peas 60 gm carrots 50 gm sliced Onions 1 tsp oil 1 green chilli 1 tsp chopped ginger Salt as taste Kashmiri red chilli powder Directions 1. Boil soya chunks for 2-3 min & then squeeze the water. Keep them aside. 2. In a pan, add oil + green chilli & ginger. Sauté for 1-2 minutes. Then add sliced onions and sauté for 4-5 minutes. 3. Now, add peas, carrots and boiled soya chunks, salt and red chilli powder. I have added Kashmiri red chilli for the colour, feel free to add extra hot red chilli if you feel the spicy level is low for you. 4. Mix everything, cover and cook until carrots get soft. Then add 200 Gm boiled white rice, mix everything well. Squeeze lemon juice, fresh coriander in the end. FOR CUCUMBER RAITA, 150 Gm low fat Greek yogurt. I grated cucumber and then squeeze it’s water. Added 45 gm of grated cucumber in the yogurt along with cucumber juice + pinch of chaat masala and black pepper powder. Mix everything well & raita is ready. Hello friends!✨ On this night I prepared dinner for just the wife & nanny being that the husband was away for a game. I kept things light & fresh with a tomatillo & Serrano pepper gazpacho topped with a few pieces of sourdough croutons that I roasted in the oven. This soup was delicious & refreshing 😍 For the main dish I prepared some mahi mahi fish tacos with a purple cabbage slaw that was tossed in an apple cider vinaigrette and all topped off with a drizzle of my homemade spicy avocado crema. I served the tacos on some corn flour tortillas with a side of grilled zucchini, yellow squash, red onion & bell peppers.
