🍪Chickpea cookie dough🍪 So I’ve seen this chickpea cookie dough doing the rounds and had to give it a try. I was pretty skeptical it was going to be gross but honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. I did however notice most the recipes were absolutely full to the brim with sugar and fat, and albeit my recipe reduces the quantities, it’s not the world’s healthiest dessert, but it’s defo a nice option to have a try and well worth a try To make, you need: 400g cooked chickpeas 1/4 cup oat flour (I just blended oats in the food processor) 1/4 cup tahini 1tsp vanilla extract 2tbsp maple syrup (you can add more if you need) 1tbsp brown sugar 1tbsp peanut butter Pinch of salt Dark chocolate chips -rinse and dry your chickpeas -add to a blender or food processor with all other ingredients bar the chocolate chips -once you’ve reached desired consistency, mix through the chocolate chips -serve on it’s own or roll into little balls and store in Tupperware in the fridge (or like I did in the freezer). Weightloss Rice Recipes - Episode 1 Soya Peas Pulao & Cucumber Raita . Cal : 372 | fat : 5.2 Carbs : 49 G | Protrin : 30 G Serves : 2 Ingredients 40 gm Soya Chunks 50 gm peas 60 gm carrots 50 gm sliced Onions 1 tsp oil 1 green chilli 1 tsp chopped ginger Salt as taste Kashmiri red chilli powder Directions 1. Boil soya chunks for 2-3 min & then squeeze the water. Keep them aside. 2. In a pan, add oil + green chilli & ginger. Sauté for 1-2 minutes. Then add sliced onions and sauté for 4-5 minutes. 3. Now, add peas, carrots and boiled soya chunks, salt and red chilli powder. I have added Kashmiri red chilli for the colour, feel free to add extra hot red chilli if you feel the spicy level is low for you. 4. Mix everything, cover and cook until carrots get soft. Then add 200 Gm boiled white rice, mix everything well. Squeeze lemon juice, fresh coriander in the end. FOR CUCUMBER RAITA, 150 Gm low fat Greek yogurt. I grated cucumber and then squeeze it’s water. Added 45 gm of grated cucumber in the yogurt along with cucumber juice + pinch of chaat masala and black pepper powder. Mix everything well & raita is ready. L’insalata di melanzane grigliate con pomodori secchi e pinoli è una ricetta semplice e gustosa, che vi permetterà di portare in tavola un piatto sano, leggero e gustoso e potrete anche prepararla in anticipo e gustarla con colma 😍… . Ingredienti per fare lInsalata di melanzane grigliate 1 melanzana (grande) 50 g pomodori secchi sott’olio q.b. prezzemolo q.b. olio extravergine d’oliva q.b. sale q.b. aceto (se piace) q.b. pinoli . Per fare questa ricetta ho grigliato le melanzane sul fornello e le ho ripassate al microonde per renderle più morbide, ma questo non è un passaggio fondamentale. Se non avete il microonde e volete comunque delle melanzane molto morbide, potrete grigliarle al forno, disponendole su una teglia ricoperta di carta forno e spennellandole con olio d’oliva. Lavate le melanzane e pelatele. Affettatele spesse circa un centimetro e intanto preriscaldate una padella di ghisa. Cuocete le fette da entrambi i lati salandole leggermente, man mano che procedete raccoglietele in un piatto piano, aggiungete un filo d’olio e tenetele al caldo impilandole una sull’altra e coprendole con un altro piatto. Cotte e grigliate tutte le fette, per rendere più morbide utilizzate un trucco non indispensabile, ma molto utile: inserite le melanzane nel microonde per circa 5 minuti e trascorso il tempo lasciate riposare altri 5 minuti, le melanzane termineranno la cottura già iniziata in padella e diverranno morbide e non secche. Lasciate che le fette di melanzane si freddino per bene e condite con prezzemolo tritato, pomodori secchi tritati grossolanamente, uno spicchio d’aglio diviso a metà (che potrete eliminare facilmente), e dei pinoli tostati. Wash quinoa, boil 3/4 cup water and add washed quinoa in it. Simmer, cover and cook for 10-12 min. 2. In a air fry friendly bowl, add oil + spices + chickpeas + tofu and carrots. Air fry for 10 min at 360F, flip half way. 3. In a bowl, add veggies + roasted protein and quinoa, lemon juice, black pepper & oregano. Mix well. 4. 2 1/2 cups cauliflower rice frozen or raw, or 1 12-16oz. Bag cauliflower rice 
1/3 cup Franks Hot Sauce
1/3 cup plain Greek or dairy free yogurt (I used the nondairy plain yogurt from sprouts brand) 
1/2 cup chopped white onion
1/4-1/3 cup diced green chilies (depending on spice tolerance)
additional buffalo , sauce, yogurt and chopped scallions/green onions for garnish (optional) 3 tbsp. Nutritional yeast, 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper Carrot chips or bean-based tortilla chips for serving. Heat a skillet and coat with oil spray. Brown the ground chicken til mostly cooked, about 5-7 minutes. It’s okay if it’s not fully cooked just yet because it will bake again. Preheat oven to 350°F. In 1 large mixing bowl add the chicken and remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a baking dish and bake uncovered for 30 minutes. ENJOY!!!
