So simple and easy with great macros🤌🏽 Macros Per Serving (4 Servings Total) 595 Calories | 59g Protein | 50g Carbs | 16g Fat Ingredients (To Make 4 Servings) Grilled Chicken - 800g Cubed Chicken Breast (I get mine from @saffron_alley ) - 1 Tsp Salt - 2 Tsp Italian Herbs - 1.5 Tsp Parsley - 1 Tsp Chilli Flakes (remove if you don’t like spicy) - 1.5 Tsp Garlic Powder - 1.5 Tsp Paprika - 2 Tsp Olive Oil - 20g Light Buttet (For cooking + once cooked) Creamy Alfredo Pasta - 210g Uncooked / 520g Cooked Pasta (I chose fettuccine) - 80g Chopped White Onion - 4 Garlic Cloves Chopped - 1 Tsp Salt - 1 Tsp Italian Herbs - 1 Tsp Parsley - 0.5 Tsp Chilli Flakes (remove if you don’t like spicy) - 1 Tsp Paprika - 150g Tomato Sauce / Passata - 300ml Light Evaporated Milk (Brand: Sainsbury’s) - 130g Light Cream Cheese (Brand: Philadelphia) - 30g Grated Parmesan Cheese - Optional add Pasta Water if the sauce is too thick Don’t forget to check out my Digital Cookbooks with over 200+ Delicious High Protein Recipes👨‍🍳❤️ Important Cooking Notes - Cook the chicken cubes on medium high heat, 3-4 mins then turn them over and cook for another 3 mins - Once cooked, lower the heat, add a little more butter then mix it all in and set aside - Cook the onion for 5-6mins till soft then add the spices. Mix it in for a min before adding the tomato sauce - You want to let this sauce cook for at least 5mins on low heat till it bubbles and separates a little - Add the milk and cream cheese on low heat, then keep stirring till combined and thick - To reheat, place both chicken and pasta in a pan, low heat, cover with a lid for 5 mins. My Sweet Potato and Carrot Soup - The sweet potato and carrot add a beautifully sweet hum to the depths of this soup, the warming garlic and olive oil make it silky and the perfect soul food served with cheese toasties, fresh french bread or just sourdough bread toasted with layers of melted butter on top.  Makes 2 Portions Ingredients * 1 Sweet Potato * 4-5 Carrots * 1 Bulb of Garlic * 1 Onion * Olive Oil * Large Pinch of Salt * 400 Ml Vegetable Stock For Garnish * Olive Oil * Cream * Chili Flakes * Parsley Method. 1. Chop everything up and throw it into an oven proof dish, drizzle everything in olive oil (making sure to add extra to the bulb of garlic to help it soften and confit) add a large pinch of salt to everything and then throw it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius for 45 minutes.  2. When everything is soft add it to a deep saucepan and add your vegetable stock and give everything a good blend together (Add more stock if you don’t want your soup too thick). Drizzle in your garnish and serve with your favourite soup pairing! #comfortfood
