Das folgende Jahr brachte immer mehr Schwierigkeiten und Auffälligkeiten. Nachdem auch die Betreuung in der Kita nicht möglich war, suchte ich Hilfe beim SPZ. Mit 3,5 Jahren stand es dann schwarz auf weiss: "Asperger Autismus". Auch wenn seit 2022 nicht mehr in den 3 Formen unterschieden wird, werden auch heute noch (2024) diese Formen diagnostiziert statt der Autismusspektrumsstörung. Unwissende & nach Hilfe suchende Betroffene werden demnach auch erstmal mit diesen Begriffen suchen. A najwięcej przepisów wielkanocnych znajdziesz w książce Orchideli „Na Słodko!” ✅ Przepis na babkę łaciatą 🔸 Składniki na podłużną keksówkę 12 × 27 cm ◽ 4 jajka L ◽ 2/3 szklanki cukru (150 g) ◽ aromat lub ekstrakt waniliowy ◽ 1 kostka masła (200 g) ◽ 2 szklanki mąki typ 450-550 (300 g) ◽ 2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia (10 g) ◽ 1/3 szklanki mleka (100 ml) ◽ 1 pełna łyżka kakao (10-15 g) ◽ 1 łyżka mąki (10 g, dodatkowo) 🔸 Wykonanie: 1. Wszystkie składniki do ciasta powinny mieć temperaturę pokojową. 2. Masło rozpuść i przestudź. Może być lekko ciepłe, nie może być gorące. Keksówkę wysmaruj masłem lub wyłóż papierem do pieczenia. 3. Piekarnik zacznij nagrzewać do 180 st. C grzałka górna i dolna bez termoobiegu lub 165 st. C z termoobiegiem. 4. Całe jajka i cukier oraz kilka kropli aromatu waniliowego lub 1 łyżeczkę ekstraktu waniliowego ubijaj razem przez 5 minut na wysokich obrotach miksera. 5. Dolej przestudzone masło i krótko wymieszaj. 6. Mikser odstaw na bok i dodaj przesianą mąkę z proszkiem i całość wymieszaj łyżką, trzepaczką lub szpatułką. 7. Na koniec dolej jeszcze mleko, całość ponownie wymieszaj. 8. Gdy ciasto będzie jednolite, podziel je na pół. Do jednej części dodaj kakao, wymieszaj. 9. Do drugiej dodaj 1 łyżkę mąki i również wymieszaj. 10. Zaczynając od jasnego, ciasto wykładaj częściami na zmianę do keksówki, delikatnie rozsmarowując warstwy ciasta. 11. Na koniec możesz jeszcze przemieszać warstwy drewnianym patyczkiem lub trzonkiem łyżki. 12. Gotowe ciasto od razu wstaw do nagrzanego piekarnika i piecz przez 50 minut lub do suchego patyczka. 13. Po upieczeniu od razu wyjmij je z piekarnika i zostaw do wystudzenia. 14. Polej czekoladą i posyp migdałami. ✅ Polewa czekoladowa 🔸 Składniki: ◽ 150 g czekolady mlecznej lub gorzkiej ◽ 2 łyżki oleju rzepakowego lub słonecznikowego (20 g) ◽ kawałki lub płatki migdałów do dekoracji 🔸 Wykonanie: 1. Czekoladę posiekaj i rozpuść powoli, nie podgrzewając za mocno, bo czekolada się zwarzy. 2. Dolej olej i całość wymieszaj. 3. Gotową polewą posmaruj wierzch ciasta i od razu posyp migdałami. 4. It was a time for optimism and gratitude and to enjoy all the pleasures of being alive 🔥💕 Another tradition in the morning of Beltane is to wet your face with morning dew, especially any that has collected on hawthorn flowers as it’s supposed to bring you beauty.
