Så brukar det vara och det känns ju lite konstigt 😅 Jag är så otroligt tacksam att kroppen samarbetar och håller för sånna här dagar! Det är verkligen kul att springa en hel dag och det här var 8e gången kroppen klarar 6 mil och ultra intervaller. Vi springer lugnt och äter och vilar mellan. Efteråt avslutade vi med badtunna och 🥂 Tack alla som kom förbi och sprang utan er hade det inte varit samma sak 🤩 Så kul att vi var många direkt på morgonen och att gymmet även användes för fullt! Vill man inte springa kan man byta löpning mot träning i gymmet 💪🏻 Har du testat ultraintervaller ? Upplägget är verkligen super kul 🤩
