You'll need 3 things. 1️⃣Exercises that sculpt your leg muscles. Like squats and good mornings. 2️⃣A high protein diet that puts you into a calorie deficit. High protein meaning you're getting at least 100g daily. Protein is necessary to sculpt those legs. The calorie deficit is necessary to shrink the size of fat cells (the main cause of cellulite) 3️⃣Know that it's okay to have cellulite. There's a genetic component to it so don't let it define you or stop you from feeling confident in yourself.
