I’m SURE you have seen people say that the wide grip pull-down is primarily for upper back (Nope 🤧) Its one the best for lower lats At this point it’s hard to know right from wrong due to so much contradicting information… I hope this video helps you 🤝 Understand that there is a ton of crossover muscle activation between movements. punya pinggang kecil, tp yg dilatih ko otot back??! ini loh faktanya! 1. latihan punggung bikin postur keren: coba deh latihan buat punggung, dgn postur tubuh yg oke, otomatis bisa bikin keseluruhan upperbody terlihat pas. salah satunya bagian pinggang! 2. otot seimbang, tubuh makin oke: latihan punggung + core itu bikin bentuk tubuh km makin seimbang dan simetris, jadi bisa tampil lebih keren&pinggang lebih singset 3. inti tubuh yg kuat: otot punggung jg nyambung sm inti tubuh loh. nah, kalo inti tubuh km kuat, pinggang km jadi lebih kenceng dan itu bikin makin OKE 4. loss fat: meskipin gabisa langsung hilangin lemak di satu tempat, tapi kalo ngelakuin latihan punggung itu bakar kalori & bisa bantu km ngilang lemak di seluruh tubuh, jadi lama-lama pinggang km makin kecil deh 5. otot yg bikin badan makin TOP: angkat beban termasuk latih punggung bakal nambahin massa otot. otot lebih byk berarti km bakar lebih byk kalori, bantu km jaga berat badan dan pinggang ttp kecil trakhir ni nengg 6. membangun otot back yg lebih lebar bikin ilusi pinggang yg lebih kecil! so, jgn takut latihan upperbody yaash! gabakal bikin kita jd kekar bgt kok👍🏻😙 #gym #gymrat #GymTok #gymgirl #gymtips #cewegym #fitnesstips #gympemula #back #backworkout #upperbody #upperbodyworkout
