This is one of two back days that I currently have in my program. The second day is pretty similar except I start out with an upper back row then do my kelso shrugs. My pick in regards to the row has been the hammer str low to high row which you can see me do if you scroll a bit. Then I’ll typically do an upper lat row or pulldown. Depending on how the rest of my week has looked I may end up throwing back before leg stuff putting the arm movements on another day. My training schedule is pretty flexible right now. I have exercises and a certain amount of volume I look to hit with those movements within a week but with how hectic my schedule can get I’ll often have to move things around so my split layout often looks different week to week despite hitting the same exercises. meal prep chicken teriyaki made with @Sweet Baby Ray’s No-Sugar Added Teriyaki Marinade This 30-minute meal prep has the most delicious smoky and tangy flavor, and comes together so easily with the pre-made sauce! I added a rainbow of veggies, chicken breast, white rice, and topped everything with some extra Rays Teriyaki, sesame seeds, scallions and red pepper flakes Chicken Teriyaki & Veggies, serves 3: 1 lb chicken breast (2 large pieces), cut into 1” cubes 1/3 cup Rays no-sugar added Teriyaki Marinade, plus more to drizzle 1 cup frozen edamame 2 red bell peppers 4 carrots, peeled 1 purple onion 2 scallions, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp grated ginger 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes Olive oil Serve with: rice, sesame seeds 1. Marinate the chicken breast in 2 tbsp of teriyaki sauce 2. Chop your veggies into 2” pieces. Heat a large skillet with olive oil on medium heat and add in the carrots, onion and bell pepper. Cook for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. After 10 minutes, add in the frozen edamame with the spices, garlic and ginger. Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes 3. Remove the veggies from the pan into a bowl. Add an extra drizzle of olive oil to the pan and add in the chicken 4. Cook the chicken for about 10 minutes on medium heat, stirring every few minutes, until the chicken has browned 5. Add the veggies back in with 1/4 cup of the Teriyaki marinade and stir together over a low flame for 2-3 more minutes 6. Once ready, serve over rice with chopped scallions, sesame seeds, red pepper flakes and extra teriyaki sauce #healthymealprep #sbrbbqpartner

The Jamaican turquoise anole (anolis grahami) has to be one of the most exquisitely colored reptiles on the planet! Blue and purple as an adult, yellow and orange as a hatchling! I enjoy breeding this species and there is definitely demand for them as terrarium inhabitants, so I’m happy to supply fellow hobbyists. I remove the eggs from the enclosure because it gives better odds of a higher hatch rate. Hatching in the enclosure is entirely possible, and this species is one that I have never ever seen harm babies. But collecting the eggs allows me to completely control their fragile incubation. If left in the enclosure, soil can get too moist and rot them, soil can become too dry and dehydrate them, temperature may fluctuate into unideal ranges, and rogue feeder insects may turn them into meals. All reasons I collect and artificially incubate. As you can see in the video, eggs are a very soft, pliable texture. They are a thin leathery membrane that will absorb water all of incubation. Once hatched, care of the baby is identical to the adults. Within 10-12 months, this orange baby will look very similar to the male shown in this video. Even females get the bright turquoise body and purple tail! Anolis grahami is a fairly outgoing species and make such amazing displays, tolerating a range of temperatures and humidities in the home terrarium. And come on, those colors are second to none! The way im already thinking about making this again 🤤 Turkish Pide 🫶🏼 Recipe ⬇️ Dough: 1 & 1/4 cup water 1 tsp instant yeast 1 tsp sugar 3 cups AP flour 1 tsp salt 1.5 tbsp olive oil Meat topping: Ground beef 1/2 small spinach onion 1/2 green bell pepper 1/2 red bell pepper Bunch of parsley 1 tbsp tomato + red pepper paste 1/2 finely chopped tomato 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp red pepper flakes 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tbsp olive oil Mozzarella cheese Akawai cheese Sujuk (meat sausage) Shishito peppers 1 egg (whisked, for egg wash) Sesame seeds & black seeds (optional) Cornmeal 2-3 tbsp Melted butter Fresh parsley (garnish) Baking instructions + tips: Bake at 495 degrees f for 8-14 minutes (until crust has colour). If you bake on a higher temperature, reduce baking time. *Place an oven safe baking tray on the base of your oven and heat your oven at the highest bake temperature for at least 1 hour before baking. Mine went up to 495 degrees f and I let it heat up for 2 hours before baking my pide. *use a thin cutting board wrapped in aluminum foil dusted with corn meal to help transfer your pide from the countertop to the oven. Another option would be to build your pide over a sheet of parchment paper and transfer the pide to the oven with the parchment paper (though this may result in less browning on the bottom crust)
