#greenscreen this was the result after doing my first 30 session stairmaster challenge + a few more from my second (failed lmao) challenge. I’ve made more progress since then but I’m telling you, if you want to shed (especially the back), the stairmaster helps SO much! I didnt track if i lost any lbs because I’m not big on scale progress but i for sure lost inches! My clothes fit me right again period lmao! I’m down to do another challenge 🫣 #stairmaster

#ad Replying to @Victoria Burnette #greenscreen bulletpoints! • I did my stairmaster after completing my strength training sessions • Its important to stay hydrated so make sure to have your water bottle & electrolytes (it helps!) • Do a time that feels comfortable and sustainable for you and slowly increase the duration to challenge yourself (most of my sessions were 30-45 minutes) • Choose a level that isnt too easy but also doesnt feel super fatiguing but if it feels too fatiguing you may lose motivation to remain consistent with the stairmaster (my comfort level was 7-8) • Consistency is the key to seeing results & that will look different for everyone depending on your workout split / schedule. I do recommend aiming for 3x a week minimum • Setting goals for each session can really help combat the boredom that comes with doing cardio lol • While keeping your hands off of the sides is more effective, dont feel like you wont see results if you hold on because that isnt the case! You will still see results • If you dont have access to a stairmaster, the stair stepper is amazing alternative that you can use at home! • I didnt alter my diet during this time, I simply just incorporated the stairmaster into my routine due to hitting a plateau in my fitness journey #stairmaster
