8 weeks postpartum & were hitting leggs🍑💪🏼 a bit of a vulnerable post for me but thats what were claiming this year.. if im veing 1000% honest, I dont like my body right now. I don’t recognize her. I dont feel like myself. I dont feel confident. The last thing I want to do is train.. Getting back into things has been incredibly difficult for me. After 7 years of working my ass off to get a body I felt confident in, just to have to start all over… is HARD The disapline i worked so haard to build, is gonnzooo But like I tell my clients.. you have to show up even when you dont want to, even when you have ZERO motivation, on the bad body image days, the good ones, the days you want to quit all together.. Because THATS how you get where you want to be. You keep showing up for yourself even when things seem impossible. You show up with zero motivation.. THATS how you build your confidence. THATS how you create discipline. My favorite way to show my love to someone is making food for them 🤪 If you have someone in your life who is experiencing a major life change such as having a baby, going through a loss, studying for a major exam, starting a new job, etc - making freezer meals is a GREAT way to help them out in such a difficult transition time. I know I hate thinking about what to make for dinner or snacks even when I have nothing going on in my life, so I know that feeling is even larger during those times! For some easy meals to make for them, I made: - Breakfast Casserole - Protein Energy Bites - Chicken Pot Pies - Southwest Taco Casserole - Cookies (bc duh) Most casseroles bake around 375-400 for about an hour or so.
