We get so many questions about the class so Imma do my gest to address them in this post. ✨Class is a live virtual experience that we host monthly. We have not secured a space yet to have in person classes in our area. (It is on the list.) ✨Class is beginner friendly, you do not have to be a practicing yoga to join. We also give modifications and allow you to sit out parts that may be challenging because of injury. ✨ALL couples are welcome. ✨Class is generally 1 hour 20 minutes but can go longer because of our shared experiences. We hope to see you at our next couples yoga experience. We love hosting these and supporting our community with this type of healing. Replying to @Juicy Yogi I haven’t done this asana in a year or two but when I was on the mat I heard my body tell me to do it and as you can see, I listened. Before yoga, I had so much trauma that I couldn’t hear my body when it needed something or didn’t want it. I wouldn’t know until after I had an experience and an emotional response to that experience whether it was good for me or not. Yoga has given me so much but the ability to connect with myself is one that can’t be matched. If you’re having trouble connecting with yourself, have shame about your body, have difficulty loving your body, give yoga a try.
