you are so much more than what you do or what you accomplish. you are enough even when you feel like you’re not doing enough. you are allowed to take time to rest and recharge without guilt or shame. you are human - but we tend to view ourselves like machines. I spent years trying to do it all. graduate early, get the job, climb the ladder, run every morning, eat only healthy foods, etc. I treated myself like I was a machine with boundless energy, never needing to be refilled. And I used to wonder how I everrrr could have burnt out (duh). when we tell ourselves we aren’t doing enough, we invalidate all that we ARE doing. even on the days where nothing feels like it’s going our way, we still have things to be proud of. waking up, brushing our teeth, combing our hair, making the bed, eating anything, and so forth. there is so much more to you than what you do, so make sure you’re looking after yourself. don’t overwhelm your mind and body with expectations so high you’ll never reach them. you deserve to find happiness in what you are doing - because I promise you that it IS enough. #motivation #productivity #inspiration #relatable #burnout #selflove #SelfCare #thatgirl #youareenough #inspirational #motivational #boundaries #Vlog #selfdevelopment #selfimprovement
