Replying to @Lidery Although the kneeling squat primarily works the glutes and quads, it also activates hams, hip flexors, lower back, core, and abdominal muscles. This might be fewer muscles than those activated during the conventional squat, but for an exercise so looked down upon and neglected, this is a big deal. It also cannot be overemphasized that all these muscles contribute to the well-being and strength of your posterior chain.
