A full day of what I ate today as a former binge eater who’s now trying to lose weight (but without dieting or any food restrictions) I forgot to add that I drank an iced latte with 1 pump of vanilla syrup. That was my sweet treat today. As much as I love my trampoline I’m going to return it and get a walking pad instead. It’s gonna be much realistic for me to walk for 30 mins than jump for 30 mins 😭 and I don’t have the space for both. Today for lunch: sushi, edamame, & milk chocolate covered raspberries! If you’re new to my account, i struggled with BED for around 7 years and I spent years trying to recover. Im finally in a great place, haven’t binged in a LONG time. When you are first trying to recover, i dont recommend making weight loss a goal at all. Today was a mindful eating fail. Especially for dessert, I was happy with 2 croissants but there was 1 left so I just ate it. Everything I ate today: Reminder: I’m not elminating or restricting myself from any specific food or food groups right now. I have a history of b*nge eating. I havent done much exercise (other than walking my dog) but I did get a walking pad so i can do some cozy cardio while I watch tv. Breakfast was a vanilla latte, I had a super busy morning and by lunch time i was STARVING. I had a huge craving for pizza so thats what I got! For dinner was Korean food. Im at my parent’s for the next 6 months so whenever you see me eat Korean food, its made by them! Breakfast was a vanilla latte with a cheese bagel + cream cheese. Lunch was some dumplings & pepperoni. I had 2 pieces of KFC fried chicken that my dad brought home before dinner. Then around an hour later I had bibimbap for dinner and ended the night with an apple. I’m 5’2” btw. Also it’s important to note that I don’t hate the way my current body looks. I have love and appreciation for it. I am sad for the girl I was years ago who felt so ugly, but that’s no longer the case ❤️ This is where body neutrality comes in. Do I think I look GOOD? No. But I’m ok with it!
