We’re anti- women not even being able to choose being a stay at home mom because the banksters’ wanted to tax both men and women which resulted in the need for dual income of both parents just to live and pay for child care where someone else raises their child. We’re anti-obstetric violence and treating birth like an illness that requires intervention. We’re anti being told we just need to lose weight, go low-fat or eat plant based to be healthy when in fact were depriving our bodies of the most bioavailable, nourishing foods. Let this be your reminder that even the most catastrophic tragedies can sometimes be a blessing in disguise and become your greatest opportunities for growth and expansion. Its been 6 months since my mom and dog died. Im still unpacking this grief bit by bit when I need to but i will say this, i have so much more space in my life created by the loss amd the loss triggered me to become aware of other areas in my life that needed to be cleared as well so that i could invite God’s gifts and they’ve been flowing. God really said, “you weathered these storms now its time for peace and prosperity.” #death #rebirth #fyp

Zach and I eat like this 90% of the time and this is what makes me feel the best right now. Everyone is different depending on where they’re at in their healing journey. For me, i need a little carb like white rice but low grains, low sugar (including fruit), NO gluten and no dairy right now.
