Some might say this is User Error, but most scooter brands actually limit or disable the regen braking while your battery is full for this very reason. Is it a huge problem for me? No. Is it something you need to be aware of, yes obviously if this happens to your scooter it can quickly be fixed by yourself and save you an uber. Every scooter has over charge protection, its just about how well its implemented and programmed for the rider. Typically you can reset your scooter by unplugging the battery or connecting to a charger. I got lucky that the screen was able to reset the scooter here.
