warning - shes spicy 🌶️ recipe below! It's an eyeball type of meal - non of the measurements need to be exact! CRUNCHY SPICY CHICKEN: 1) lightly cover two chicken breasts with sour cream. I do it right on a baking sheet so less dishes! 2) In a side gallon bag, add about 1 1/2 cup corn flakes, paprika, salt & pepper. Crush this in the bag. 3) Cover chicken breasts with this. No need to put on bottom, I just put right over top! I press down with a spoon to try to make it as compact as possible. 4) cut fresh brocolli. Add to other side of baking sheet. Lightly drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Give it a quick mix. 5) Put baking sheet with above items in 400 degree oven for 15ish minutes. Check to make sure the cornflakes aren't burning. 6) while cooking, mix together 1 cup hot sauce, 4 tbsp butter, paprika, salt and pepper in a microwaveable bowl. Melt in 30 second sessions until butter is melted. Once butter is melted, add 1/4 cup honey. Mix together. 7) take chicken out of oven and coat with about half of the hot sauce mixture. Place back in oven for 5ish minutes. I use a meat thermometer to make sure my chicken is fully cooked! 8) serve! Depending on how much paprika is used, this can be spicy! We like serving with a side of mashed potatoes (Bob Evan's premade at the grocery store is THE BEST!). Sooo good!
