Step 1️⃣: long regrowth application using @ELEVEN Australia 6+9 level bleach mix w 20 volume 2️⃣ allow to lift to 90% goal then reapply bleach to roots 3️⃣ apply no.2 in @olaplex on ends to rebuild while colour processes 4️⃣ using marshmallow, rose gold, lilac all with different amounts of pinkissimo in crazy colour, i apply in section varying each blend . 5️⃣ using a secret approach (i am gatekeeping essentially untill my vids get more views cause im sick of tt’s bs) i turn the pastels more powdery and even. ⚠️Before i get DRAGGED for this let me actually 👹 double down 👹 do i think in certain cases where gross negligence is evident (hair melting off, blatant disregard for client wellness/safety/consumer rights etc) and relevant follow-up is missing; sure. I think social media can be a useful tool for holding business’s accountable if all else fails. Maybe 😌But😌 I’m not talking those rare incidents. I’m talking about client5374 finding her blonde highlights are a shade too cool. Or noticing a few stray hairs when she gets home and feels an online meltdown was more appropriate than just saying it to the hairdresser or salon. People are getting 🙅‍♂️too comfy🙅‍♂️ potentially obliterating someones confidence/career when they’re midly ‘inconvenienced’ and clearly no other attempt to resolve was made. In the past 🙃month🙃 ive seen a plethora of vids with people staging kardashian style meltdowns with their fresh hair bc its not what exactly what they wanted. Or maybe there is a few (fixable) issues, but you know what CLIENT5374 We all have bad days. We all make mistakes Would you like your last miss-hap in work plastered all over the internet inciting a literal mob 🔥🔥 BEFORE it was even brought to your attention? Go back to the hairstylist. Explain your concerns. Discuss options. Give them a chance 🙌 Also if you’re claiming to be ‘too anxious’ to have addressed your hairstylist, but totally confident in blasting them on the internet 🤨 You’re potentially annihilating somebodies mental health, in an effort to protect your own comfort.
