4 exercises is enough and I wouldn’t do more than 6, especially for a lower body workout. Start with your heavy compounds because they’re going to give you the most progress. Add in 1-2 isolation exercises to target a muscle group that you want to focus on.

I wish I knew that training back will help to create a nice v taper, make your waist look more snatched and give you more of an hourglass look! If you have a rectangle or a pear body shape, this is especially important for you. If you have an inverted triangle shape, focusing more on the lower body while still including some back workouts will be best in achieving an hourglass shape.
