The best cheesy garlic bread recipe 🔥🔥🔥 Ingredients 1 ½ teaspoons active dry yeast 2 teaspoon granulated sugar 1 cup warm water 1 ½ Tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon coarse salt 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar 2 cups bread flour ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese ¼ cup med sharp cheddar 🧄 Topping 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter ¼ tsp garlic powder ¼ tsp onion powder 2 tbsp minced garlic Directions First, in a stand mixer bowl combine half of the warm water with your sugar and yeast. Stir to combine and let rest for 5 minutes. Add the remaining warm water, olive oil, salt and vinegar. Begin mixing on medium-low speed then slowly add in your flour, knead for 3 minutes and if it hasn’t come together yet add 1 tbsp of flour until the dough is smooth and elastic (it should be slightly sticky). I added 5 tbsp extra flour. Cover the bowl with a plate then allow it to rise at room temp for 1 hour. Next preheat your oven to 500 degrees F with a pizza stone inside on the middle rack. Gently punch down your dough then place a pizza peel on your counter then generously flour it. Use your hands to spread the dough into a rectangle then mix together the garlic topping in a small bowl. Spread that topping evenly over your dough, try not to let any of it spill over the edges. Next add ½ cup freshly grated parmesan, then add 1/4 cup freshly shredded medium sharp cheddar, and finally 1 cup whole milk low moisture mozzarella. Transfer the dough onto the hot pizza stone in your oven. (I suggest loading your garlic bread once your stone has been preheating for exactly 30 minutes) Bake for 10 minutes or until cooked to your liking. (High Broil for 1-2 minutes if needed to crisp up the top) Serve with hot marinara sauce. . . . . . . . . . . . . #garlicbread#breadadough #b#pizzadoughi#bakingf#cookingo#cheflifed#foodmecooking#homemadeover ##cripsybread #crunchybread##crustybread##cheesybread##foodblogger##foodvloggerd#EasyRecipez#dominosp#pizzahuti#papajohnss#littlecaesars#pizzalover
Juicy/Tender Well Done Steak Recipe ⬇️ Take 2 thick cut ribeye steaks (1.7 pounds), put them in a 13 × 9 baking dish. Season with coarse salt, whole black peppercorns, fresh thyme, smashed fresh garlic and fresh rosemary (only 1 sprig of rosemary it’s very fragrant). Submerge all of that in 32 ounces of low sodium beef broth. Cover with foil, a baking dish, or both… then transfer to a preheated 375 F oven until fork/probe tender but not falling apart. I tested my oven so I know it’s exactly 375 F in there so I can say for certain, this should take you about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove your steaks from the broth onto some paper towels immediately - then pat both sides as dry as you can. Preheat a cast iron skillet over medium high heat, add 4 tbsp unsalted butter then sear both sides for 1 minute until you have a dope crust. Let rest then slice and serve over ramen noodles along with green onions, soft boiled eggs, sesame seeds, chilli oil, sesame seeds and red pepper flakes. . . . #steak #ramen #EasyRecipes
