apparently the key to processing your emotions and working through a bpd episode is quite literally to sit, feel it, and wait for the intensity to pass??? this stinks!
coming from a girl who doesn’t have the $$ for the seats with more space but doesn’t have the option of traveling without her service dog - THANK YOU @United Airlines 🥹 i stubbornly refused to ask if there was an option to change seats bc i was feeling particularly anxious today - but the attendants on this flight were SO attentive & perceptive to my panic & discomfort & offered to move me up from the very very back of the plane. my heart is very full :-)
