Eating Sugar and Losing Fat 📉 to prove insulin doesn’t cause fat gain and neither does sugar - People are claiming my metabolic health is gonna be broken after this , that’s not how human beings work - we don’t break - Matter of fact the so called insulin resistance, is gonna be lower due to less fat 😮 and as for diabetes a quickn googke search will even show you sugar doesn’t directly cause it - Then we also have the team shouting , this wont work for me I’m over 50 , metabolism has been scientifically shown to not decrease until after the age of 60 and even then it’s quite minimal - however what does impact fat loss at that age is quite literally- energy availability for dedicating towards your fat loss goals - but a calorie deficit still works - No matter your condition, unless it’s an allergy - You DO NOT NEED TO FULLY eliminate sugar nor do you need to be afraid of it - #fatloss #weightloss #mulligainz #diet

Day 4 of eating sugar and losing fat to prove “insulin” and “sugar” don’t cause fat gain - Matter of fact no food in singular does 🤝 - Not McDonald’s (I’ve done a challenge eating McDonald’s and losing fat before , Google my name - Fat loss comes down to the calories we consume , calorie are the measure of energy we get from food - The same as centimetres are the measure of distance - Less energy from food = less energy stored as fat and the more we actually have to use fat for energy - The thing is you can do this for free without paying for a coach or a course or whatever - Google calorie calculator , use MyFitnessPal or nutracheck to track them (these are free apps) - Eat to the number of calories you’ve been given focus on protein intake and a few walks a week and you’ll lose fat - That’s exactly what I’m doing - Time of eating dont matter huge amount , not do you have to cut carbs , fats or sugar - Btw @eddie_abbew my bet is now 20,000 I can prove you wrong about losing fat while spiking my insulin and eating sugar - And prove the claims that calories are “sh*” I also have proof of previous meal plans you’ve given to clients calorie counted and carbs included - so why are you lying ? - #fatloss #weightloss #diet #mulligainz
