Oh the creative ways you can utilize real estate! Luz bought this house in 2016, she renovated and lived here for a couple year before she moved away for grad school. She rented it out, but found herself visiting austin and having to stay with friends even though she owns a home here. She decided to put a tiny home on the back of her lot so she has a place to stay when shes in town and she rents it on airbnb while shes not using it. She long term rents the front house and all-in-all she cash flows above her mortgage!
