KALE PASTA SAUCE 🌞💭🌱🌷 🥬 to boiling water, add two big handfuls of kale for about 5 mins. 🧄 while that boils, in a heated pan with oil, add ~4 garlic cloves and cook until fragrant 🌪️ to a blender, add boiled kale (no need to strain the kale, just use tongs!!! the excess water helps it blend), your sautéed garlic, olive oil, 1/2 cup of roasted pumpkin seeds, fresh basil, salt & pepper. 🍝 you can use the rest of the boiling water to cook your pasta! blend the sauce & serve on top of your favorite pasta! running longer distances (or really any distance) can be such a mental game! your brain will come up with a lot of excuses of why you can’t keep going, even when you totally can! (of course be intuitive, and rest when you need to rest though) a run will feel VERY long if you’re constantly thinking ”urg I still have ___ miles to go” soooo what I always do is mentally split up my runs into 2 separate runs. it might sound stupid, but doing two 7 mile runs just feels so much easier to wrap my head around. especially when I run 7 miles there, 7 miles back; it truly does feel like 2 runs— one there, and then one to just get home. 🍓🏃♀️ anyways, just a tip that helps me everyyyyyy time. might be useful, or might be useless to you but thought I’d share! 😅 #runningtips #Running #runner #Outdoors #marathon #marathontraining
