I use to get so angry at myself when I wouldn't have a "perfect" week or something would happen that would completely throw me. It made me feel like I was never "on track" and forever fighting against an uphill battle. But I never gave up, I kept chipping away, slowly.. Yes there were times where I worked harder than others, and that's normal! I don't have time is just an excuse keeping you from your goals.. 😩 When i was first starting my weight loss journey i would always throw out excuses to why i couldn’t make my meals from home or workout & get my steps in.. Yet i would still find the time to spend mindlessly scrolling instagram or watching a show on netflix... Have you noticed how you always have time for the things you really want to do? When I started setting some time aside each day to focus on my health goals I realised that This new schedule wasn’t affecting my productivity or social plans at all.
