Crispy chicken bao buns 🤤 179 cals each, 10g protein. Ingredients: - 25 grams Cornflakes - 1 tbsp Kewpie Mayo - 1 tbsp Sriracha - 110 grams Chicken Breast - 4 Bao Bao bun - 30 grams Egg Whites - 1/3 thinly sliced Carrot - 1/3 cup sliced Red Cabbage -1/3 cucumber, sliced - 1/2 tsp paprika - 1/2 tsp onion powder - 1/2 tsp garlic powder - Salt and pepper to taste - Optional: Fresh chili and coriander for topping Method: 1. Dice the chicken into strips and season with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 2. Crush the cornflakes on a plate and pour the egg whites onto a separate plate. 3. Dredge the chicken in the egg whites, making sure it is fully coated, and then coat it with the crushed cornflakes. 4. Place the coated chicken in an air fryer and cook for about 10 minutes or until it is no longer pink in the center. 5. While the chicken is cooking, steam the Bao Bao buns until they are fluffy. This usually takes about 6 minutes. 6. In a small bowl, mix the Sriracha and Kewpie Mayo together. 7. Once the chicken is cooked, assemble the Bao Bao buns. Spread the Sriracha mayo mixture on the buns. 8. Add the thinly sliced carrots and red cabbage on top of the mayo. 9. Place the crispy chicken on top of the vegetables. 10. Creamy chicken and bacon spaghetti 🤩🤩🤩 Serves 4 | 40g protein 459 cals per serving Ingredients - 4 cloves of garlic - 150g of light cream cheese - 1 container (700g) of Italian Passata Tomato Cooking Sauce - 1 medium onion - 300g of cooked chicken breast - 80g of short cut bacon - 200g of dry spaghetti - 1 tsp oregano - 1 tsp Italian seasoning - 1 tsp mustard powder - 1 tsp paprika (Optional to add grated cheese on top) Method: 1. Finely chop the garlic cloves. 2. In a large saucepan, spar with cooking oil. Add the chopped garlic and onion sauté until fragrant 3.Add the chopped bacon and chicken to the pan 4. add in the pasta sauce with the paprika, mustard powder, Italian herbs and oregano. 5. Stir all the ingredients together and let the sauce simmer for a few minutes to allow the flavors to blend and season with salt and pepper. 6. In a separate pot, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. 7. Add the cream cheese to the sauce and mix until well combined 8. Drain the cooked spaghetti and add it to the saucepan with the creamy chicken and bacon mixture. Toss everything together until the spaghetti is well coated with the sauce. 9. Bolognaise cannelloni 😮‍💨🤤 This recipe is going to be on repeat Serves 2 | 520 cals - 45g protein Ingredients - 2 cloves Garlic - 2 tbsp Tomato paste - 50g light Mozzarella - 400ml trim milk - 135g extra lean Beef mince - 1/2 carrot - 12g light Butter - 1/2 Onion - 300g tinned Cherry Tomatoes - 80g Cannelloni - 1 tsp paprika - 1 tsp Italian herbs - 2 tsp oregano Method 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. In a large pan, spray with olive oil spray over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and diced onion, and sauté until they become fragrant and slightly browned. 3. Add the extra lean beef mince to the pan and cook until it's browned and cooked through. Break up any large chunks of meat with a wooden spoon or spatula. 4. Add in the carrot then stir in the tomato paste and cook for another minute, allowing it to coat the meat evenly. 5. Pour in the tinned cherry tomatoes, along with the paprika, Italian herbs, and 3/4 oregano. Stir well to combine all the ingredients. 6. Reduce the heat to low and let the Bolognese sauce simmer for about 15 minutes, allowing the flavours to meld together. 7. In a separate saucepan, melt the light butter over low heat. Add in the flour and mix until the butter and flour have combined. Stir in the trim milk and bring to a gentle simmer. 8. Remove the milk mixture from the heat and stir in the garlic powder, remaining oregano and season with salt and pepper. 9. Take a baking dish and spread a thin layer of the Bolognese sauce on the bottom. 10. Using a spoon or piping bag, fill each cannelloni tube with the Bolognese sauce. Place the filled cannelloni in the baking dish, arranging them in a single layer and pour over the white sauce. 11. Sprinkle the grated mozzarella on top. 12.
