One of the first thing to do when the clay season starts, is to bring back all the automatisms about sliding on the surface. @Holger.Rune is a very natural slider. A few tips: - Have your toes point in the direction in which you want to slide. - Keep your foot with an even contact with the ground: if you have more weight in the front, you stop and if it is on the back, you loose control of your sliding. - Stay balanced, with your body weight between your hips. - initiate your sliding before hitting the ball.
