Sometimes menstrual discs feel a little toooooo easy. If you are new and want to know if your disc is in correctly do a check of the ol’ cervix. See text in video of when this won’t work. But the easiest way to know is to just plug it in and see while wearing backup liners or period underwear. If you struggled to insert a cup and the disc was suspiciously easy I will say it kind of is intuitively easy to insert. #cuptok #periodtok #menstrualdisc
