This os great example of why removing membrane is optionsl.. it renders down chefstemp ProTemp Plus made it so easy to track and cook this tender juicy meat. . -Season with your favorite rub I created my own (combine 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tbsp of each course salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder,2 tbsp onion powder, tsp ground mustard) -Set up your smoker at 275 degrees. -Place meat in the grill and let smoke for about 2-3 hours until they get a nice colour -Remove and wrap them In the wrap add butter, honey and apple juice place meat side down then hit them with bbq rub on back side and some juice and wrap them up -Back in the grill for another 1-1.5 hours -remove and enjoy juicy tender ribs #porkribs #asmrfood #pork
