Baklava Chocolate Bars 1 cup phyllo dough 1 tablespoon melted ghee or butter 1/4 pistachios crushed 1/2 cup pistachio butter 1 cup chocolate, dark, white or milk chocolate Cut the phyllo dough into small pieces. Added it to a bowl and add the butter mix it around and then put it into the oven at 325° for 10 to 15 minutes until it’s golden brown. Remove it from the oven and let it cold then start melting chocolate into 30 second increments in the microwave until it’s melted. Or you can double boil it over the oven until it’s melted. Mix together the pistachio butter, toasted phyllo dough and pistachios in a bowl. Using a chocolate candy mold, clean it really well with a cloth and add some of the melted chocolate. Spread it out evenly around and put it into the fridge for about 15 to 20 minutes until it hardens up then take it out and fill it up with pistachio filling in the rest of the chocolate on top. Then fill piping bag or zip lock bag with ashta mixture onto the dough and roll it up into a finger at the end, dip your fingers into water and then just close them up. A pan put some oil for frying on a medium heat when you’re ready to fry them make sure the oil is ready and then go ahead and put them in for a minute then take them out and put them right into the simple syrup and let them soak for another minute And optional. You can put pistachios on top and enjoy. Ashta 1 cup of milk 1 cup of heavy whipping cream 1 tablespoons of flour 3 tablespoons of cornstarch 3 tablespoon of sugar 1 tablespoon rose water or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract In a sauce pan combine all of these ingredients and whisk them until it’s completely dissolve. Turn on the stove to medium low and placed a sauce pan on top whisk it until you notice it getting sick once it starts to bubble at the bottom of the pan remove from the heat and place it into a ball covering it completely and the top with plastic wrap and placing it in the fridge for 1 hour. Simple syrup 2 cups white sugar 1 1/4 cup water Squeeze of fresh lemon juice, about 1 teaspoon In a medium saucepan, combine together the sugar, water and squeeze of lemon juice. Set on the stovetop over high heat. Try to avoid stirring it as it heats to prevent crystallization from happening, but if the sugar is not dissolving, then help it out with a few stirs. Easy drumstick Ice cream 1 package of sugar Cones 1/2 pound chocolate of choice I used milk chocolate 1 tub of vanilla ice cream Sprinkles or peanuts Put the sugar cones into the freezer let them sit there for about an hour. When you’re ready, start melting the chocolate if the chocolate becomes clumpy or too thick, add Tiny pieces of coconut oil. It’ll help it become very creamy. Use a Ziploc bag and put some of the chocolate into it and then start filling up the cones with the chocolate all around then put some of the ice cream into a Ziploc bag and squeeze it into the center of the ice cream cone then start small balls of ice cream and put it on top of the ice cream comb put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Then take them out and dip them into the chocolate adding whatever toppings you like then put it back into the freezer and these will last about two weeks if not longer and enjoy. #icecream #fyp #fypage #Recipe #EasyRecipe

Garlic Knots Bread 1 cup warm water 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon yeast 1 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon salt 2 1/2 cups flour In a bowl or stand mixer mix water, sugar yeast and olive oil. Then let it sit for 5-10 minutes. Then add the rest of these ingredients in the bowl, mix with your hands or the mixer for 3-5 minutes then allow the dough to rise for 1 hour. Then cut the dough into ball shape, then roll them out about 6 inches long, tie them into a knot. Let is rice for about 15 to 20 minutes in a warm area. Preheat your oven at 450° and when they don’t has doubled in size Placido into the oven and let it bake for 12-15 minutes. When they are golden brown, remove them from the oven and mix them with the butter and garlic mixture, and eat them while they’re Warm, it’s so good. Marry Me Chicken Orzo Pasta 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 1 pound of debone chicken cut up One cup of sliced mushrooms, optional 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes marinated in a jar, chopped up 8 oz or 1 cup 1/2 of orzo pasta 4-5 cups of Chicken or vegetable broth 1 teaspoons Italian herbs Salt and pepper for taste 1 cup of pasta sauce or 1/4 cup tomato paste 1 cup heavy whipping cream Parsley for garnish In a saucepan that has a lid start with extra-virgin olive oil and it becomes hot, then add the chicken. Sauté the chicken until it cooked then added the mushroom, sun dried tomatoes and mix for a few minutes then add the orzo. Mix the orzo around so the olive oil wouldn’t fuse into the pasta for one minute finally adding in the broth, pasta sauce, Italian herbs, and salt and pepper. what’s it comes to a boil with the lid lower the fire on a medium and allow it to cook about 9-10 minutes until the water is gone and the pasta is al dente. When the al dente remove the lid, adding some heavy whipping cream and mix it around until it thickens up from the heat. Crème brûlée 3 egg yolks 1/3 cup sugar 2 cups heavy whipping cream Pinch of salt 1 teaspoon of vanilla or half of a vanilla bean Boiling water Preheat your oven to 325°. Mix your egg yolks and sugar in a bowl and put it on the side. In a pot add in your heavy cream and salt mix until it’s simmers (Little bubbles on the side of the pot). Once it simmers removed from the heat and add in your vanilla. Only a half cup of heavy cream mixture will go into your egg yolks and mix it. This cannot be hot or you’re going to scramble your eggs. Once you’ve tempered your eggs go ahead add the eggs to the cream mixture and mix for about a minute or two. Put your ramekins and a 9 x 13 deep baking tray. Fill up your ramekins once this is done add the boiling hot water to about a half inch filled in the baking tray. I use my tea kettle to heat up the water. Once this is done place in the oven for 35 minutes. You’ll know that these are done when the edges are stiff and the center is jiggly. Place them on the counter for one hour then put them in the fridge for at least 2 to 4 hours when you’re ready to eat take them out and Sprinkle sugar on top about a teaspoon you can do a blow torch or if you have a good enough lighter it takes about 30 seconds to brown the top and enjoy. #fyp #fypシ #Recipe #EasyRecipe #cremebrulee #cremebrûlée

Sombosa/Samosa 1 small onion chopped up 3/4 lb coarse ground beef 3 potato chopped up small cubes Salt and pepper for taste Dash of allspice A few strands of cilantro cut up into small pieces SpringRoll wraps 2 tablespoons Water 2 tablespoons flour Corn oil or vegetable for cooking On top of the stove in a small sauce pan cook your onions until it’s nice and soft then add in your beef once it’s cooked then add in your potatoes. Allowed to cook for a few minutes then add and salt, pepper, and cilantro. Mix the flour and water in a bowl. Using spring rolls, fold one end to the other like a triangle, then but adding that flour and water mix to glue it, then take the long corners and fold them over each other. Brush the flour mixture and fill them up like a cone, fold in the two smallest pointy corners on top of the filling mixture, and the longus part of the triangle brush a little bit of the flour mixture on it, and fold it right on top to close it. Shaabiyat or Warbat bil Ashta 1/2 package a phyllo dough Ghee or butter My ashta recipe Take the phyllo dough out of the package, lay it out and only use about a 1/2 package. Brush them keep right on top of each though, and use a total of four pieces from one end and a long row spread some of Ashta out and fold over about 2 1/2 wide key folding until you get to the end place it into a 9 x 13 tray that has butter or ghee smeared on it already. Once you Filled up the tray start cutting into a triangle. One side might be opened on each end, but that’s OK. This is the easy way to make the triangle. When it’s all filled brush some ghee in top. Put it in the oven at 350 for about 45-50 minutes until golden brown. Pour 5the simple simple syrup on top right when it comes out and let it rest for a little and enjoy. Ashta 1 cup of milk 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream 3 tablespoons of cornstarch 1 tablespoon of sugar 1 teaspoons rose water In a sauce pan combine all of these ingredients and whisk them until it’s completely dissolve. Turn on the stove to medium low and placed a sauce pan on top whisk it until you notice it getting thick once it starts to bubble but the rosewater and remove from the heat pour into a bowl and with plastic wrap on top and put into the fridge for three hours. Simple syrup 1 cup water 2 cup sugar Squeeze off the lemon In a small pot combine the water, cinnamon stick, and the sugar once it starts to boil bring it down and let it sit for five minutes removed from the heat adding a squeeze of the lemon. Crème Caramel Caramel 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup water Custard 4 eggs 1/2 cup sugar 1 1/2 heavy whipping cream 1 1/2 cup whole milk Pinch of salt 1 Tablespoon of vanilla extract Boiling water Preheat your oven to 300°. In a saucepan add in 1/2 sugar and 1/4 water mix until the sugar has dissolved then turn the heat onto a medium heat low heat. Allowed to cook for about 7 to 8 minutes and you notice it should become a light yellow once it becomes a light brown. Remove it from the heat then pour it into your 6 to 8 ounce Ramekins. Spread it around the ramekin and let it cool down on the side. This should make 6 individuals cups. Mix the eggs, salt, vanilla, and sugar in a bowl and put it on the side. In a pot add in your heavy cream and milk mix until it’s simmers (Little bubbles on the side of the pot). Once it simmers removed from the heat slowly drizzle the milk mixture into the egg mixture, only add in 1/2 keep mixing. The milk cannot be hot or you’re going to scramble your eggs. Once you’ve tempered your eggs go ahead add the eggs to the cream mixture and mix for about a minute. Put your ramekins and a 9 x 13 deep baking tray. Fill up your ramekins with the egg mixture, once this is done add the boiling hot water into the try to about a 1/2 filled in the baking tray. Once this is done place in the oven for 50-55 minutes. You’ll know that these are done when the edges are stiff and the center is jiggly. Place them on the counter for one hour then put them in the fridge for at least 3 to 4 hours when you’re ready to eat. Maakroun 1 cup semolina 1 cup flour 3/4 cup warm milk 1/4 cup vegetable oil 2 teaspoons yeast 1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon anise seeds 3 cup corn oil or frying oil In a bowl add the flour, semolina, yeast, sugar, and anise seeds and mix. Vegan Na’an with garlic topping 4 1/4 cups all purpose flour 2 cups of warm water 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoons yeast 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil In a large bowl put the water, yeast, and sugar, and let it sit for 5 minutes then add the flour and salt. Mix with a spoon first then when the dough becomes thick mix by hand or mixer for 5 minutes. Then use the oil on your hand knead in few more time and allow the dough to rest in a warm area covered with a warm towel for 1 hour. Once it raises Cut the doll into ball shape.. Place that in the oven or warm area for another 30 minutes to rise. Use a griller pan or your regular pan on the stove top medium heat add a little bit of oil on top and go ahead and flatten out the dough by stretching it or rolling it out with a rolling pin, Once you flatten it go ahead and place it on top of the hot pan and let it sit for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown on one side. Go ahead and flip it over and let it sit for another 1 to 2 minutes then flip.
