cooking for my dad for his birthday 😋 rib recipe 👇🏻 - 1 rack baby back ribs - rib seasoning/rub (im using sweet preacher by fire & smoke & smoked paprika) - yellow mustard - Bbq sauce (im using GHughs sweet heat) 1. Preheat oven to 275° 2. Dry off ribs & remove the membrane 3. Coat lightly in yellow mustard 4. Coat each side in seasonings and gently press the seasoning into ribs with your hands before flipping and seasoning the opposite side 5. Bake at 275° for 4 hours 6. Flip and cook with the ribs facing up for 20-30 min until they develop a little bit of a crust 7. Coat the top side in bbq seasoning when finished and let sit for 10 min to let the bbq sauce adhere to the ribs If you guys try this tag me so I can see 😍

Start by roughly chopping up the chicken thighs into bite-size pieces. 2. Skewer the chicken thigh pieces onto wooden skewers. carne asada tostadas with corn salsa 🤌🏻 This makes about 4 tostadas so double the recipe if needed, or cut in half. ingredients: 1.5 lb skirt or flank steak (i’m using tenderized inner skirt steak, but outer skirt steak is more tender & flank steak works too!) 1 tablespoons honey ¼ cup soy sauce Juice of 2 limes ½ cup olive oil 1 goya packet ½ tsp cumin ½ tsp oregano ½ tsp ancho chili powder ½ tsp smoked paprika corn salsa: 10 oz bag of frozen corn, thawed and cooked according to directions on back ¼ red onion finely diced ¼ cup cilantro finely chopped 1-2 jalapenos, finely diced Salt Juice of ½ lemon serving: Cotija cheese Chili lime seasoning Greek yogurt or sour cream Lime juice Guacamole Tostadas Whisk ingredients for marinade in a small bowl and transfer to a large resealable bag with the skirt steak or steak of choice. Marinade steak 3-4 hours. Prepare corn salsa by mixing corn, onion, cilantro, jalapenos, salt and lemon juice. Grill steak & cut in thin strips against the grain and then dice in opposite directions. Layer tostada with a thin layer of guacamole, chopped up skirt steak, corn salsa, greek yogurt, cotija cheese & chili lime seasoning. mason jar hollandaise sauce 🫙🥚 Ingredients: • 3 egg yolks • 1 tablespoon lemon juice • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted • Pinch of salt • Pinch of cayenne pepper 1. Crack the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites in a small bowl. 2. Add lemon juice, salt & cayenne to yolks. 3. Melt the butter in a microwave or on the stovetop until it’s completely liquid. 4. Whisk the egg yolks till everything is combined and begins to thicken. 5. Transfer all of yolk to a mason jar. 6. Once the butter is melted, slowly pour it into the mason jar containing the egg yolk mixture while using the immersion blender on low speed. Continue blending and pouring until all the butter is incorporated and the sauce is smooth and creamy. 7.
