my version of girl dinner 🥩🍚 I think it’s actually the opposite of girl dinner but that’s what I call it because it’s so easy to make 🙂 All you need is 👇🏻 - 1/2 onion - 1lb ground beef (im using 93%) - 1 tsp garlic (optional) - burger seasoning of choice - 1 tbsp worsteshire - 2 tsp yellow mustard - salt - pepper - oil to sauté onion 1. Start by sautéing onion in oil and season with salt. 2. When onion is soft , add in garlic and sauté till fragrant. 3. Add ground beef into pan and barely chop up. 4. Let beef sit and brown 3-4 minutes while you season everything with a burger seasoning (I am using one called Shake Tasty), worsteshire and your fav mustard. 5. Mix everything together , continue to brown and chop up for addition 5-10 min. Serve with rice, potatoes, veggies, ect. STICKY AIR FRYER RIBS 🧯🔥 All you need is - baby back ribs - 1 cup coconut aminos - 1 tsp sesame oil - 1 tbsp rice vinegar - 1 tsp ginger - Garlic salt - Japanese BBQ (or your fav bbq sauce!) - Sesame seeds 1. Remove membrane from ribs with a butter knife 2. Cut rack of ribs into single pieces of rib 3. Marinate 3-4 hours in coconut aminos, sesame oil, garlic salt, rice vinegar, and ginger. 4. When they are done marinating air fry on lower heat setting like 325° (will vary on air fryer!) for 20-30 min flipping half way (cook in 2 batches to avoid over crowding) 5. Let ribs sit in the air fryer closed when they are done for 10 min 6. Glaze with Japanese BBQ sauce or bbq sauce of choice and top with sesame seeds! NASHVILLE HOT STYLE CHICKEN SKEWERS 🧯🔥 using #SimplyOrganic #simplyorganicpartner #organicmoments Be sure to stock up on @Simply Organic while they are on sale at Whole Foods until April 2nd 🤩 Ingredients: - 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless - 1 tablespoon simply organic cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon salt - 1/2 teaspoon simply organic dry mustard powder - 1/2 teaspoon simply organic smoked paprika - 1/2 teaspoon simply organic black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon simply organic granulated garlic - 4 tablespoons warm melted butter - 2 tablespoons olive oil - 2 teaspoons honey (or granulated sugar of choice) - Dill pickles and ranch dressing (for serving) Instructions: 1. Start by roughly chopping up the chicken thighs into bite-size pieces. 2. Skewer the chicken thigh pieces onto wooden skewers. For stability, skewer each piece of chicken twice to prevent them from moving around while turning. 3. In a small container, mix together the cayenne pepper, salt, dry mustard powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and granulated garlic. 4. Pour the warm melted butter, olive oil, and honey into the seasoning mixture. Stir until well combined. 5. Brush each chicken skewer generously with the Nashville hot mixture on both sides, ensuring even coating. 6. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. 7. ROASTED BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS 🔥 Tik tok removed the sound on this yestetday so reuploading with voiceover 🫶🏼 If you’ve been follow me awhile you know this is a recipe I’ve shared before but it’s been awhile and one of my favs 😍 All you need is 👇🏻 • 2 lbs of organic chicken wings (they don’t have to be seperated but I prefer it) • 1/2 tsp baking powder • Garlic salt to taste • Fav chicken seasoning (I’m using a Nashville hot will link in storefront) • 2 tbsp olive oil For the Buffalo sauce • 1 tbsp melted butter • 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot sauce • 1 tsp Apple cider • Garlic salt to taste • 1/2 tsp honey (optional) Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. In a large bowl, place the chicken wings and toss them with baking powder, oil and seasonings of choice. 3. Place wings with the thicker side of the skin down on parchment paper and bake for 30-40 min 4. After 30 minutes, flip the wings to the other side and re-season with garlic salt and your chicken seasoning. 5. Continue roasting for an additional 20-30 minutes, or until the wings are crispy and fully cooked. The total cooking time can vary depending on the size and quantity of wings used. 6. If you want extra crispiness, you can optionally turn on the broiler for a few minutes to crisp up the skin further, but keep a close eye on them to prevent burning. 7. While the wings are baking, prepare the Buffalo sauce. In a small glass dish melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Then, add Frank’s RedHot sauce to your desired level of spiciness, a splash of apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of garlic salt. Heat and stir until well combined. Add honey after. (Optional) 8. Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven, let them rest 2-3 minutes and transfer them to a large mixing bowl. 9. MY FAMOUS HORSERADISH SAUCE 🥩 Ok not really famous but a lot of you guys were asking me about it 🫠 This is the batch I made for Christmas Eve so I used mayo/sour cream but I typically just use all greek yogurt or all greek yogurt and a little mayo to lighten it up and add some protein 👏🏻 Also can you tell I’m getting sick by my voiceover? I hope you all had a great holiday season ❤️🎄🙏🏻 Ingredients - 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt - 1/2 cup mayo or light mayo - 2 tbsp spicy mustard - 1 tsp worsteshire sauce - ¼ cup fresh ground horseradish - 2-4tbsp white vinegar (depending on how thin or thick you want the sauce I like it kind of runny) - ¼ tsp salt - ¼ tsp pepper Mix everything and store for up to a week! I typically make a much smaller batch so feel free to cut recipe in half ✍️ So good - if you guys try it tag me and let me know what you think 🥰
