When you're transparent about the targets your business needs to achieve, it gets everyone on the same page. 2. Set clear processes on how a team member can achieve success. Without processes, duplication isn't feasible. 3. Give feedback in real time. If something isn't going right or a process isn't being followed, make it known in that moment so it doesn't continue. This is how we were able to hire, train, and retain over 200 team members in less than four years.

Launch the profit, promote the product early! So many people wait until every detail is absolutely perfect and so much time is wasted. Just take massive action and start before you're ready! 4. Recognize that great people are needed to grow a business you can't do it all as the business owner so honing in duplication within great people will propel your business' growth.

When juggling a hectic work life and demanding roles in and out of office, it's very easy to get overwhelmed. Here are three life changing hacks l've implanted to help me maintain a work/life balance while keeping my goals front of mind. 1. I prioritize my time based on goals: I prioritize my time and energy based on goals l've set. It's important to note that different goals may require different amounts of time and effort. 2. l assess time investment: I assess the time needed for my needs and allocate quality and time to fulfill them. I'm honest with myself about the time commitment required for various aspects of my life and make decisions accordingly. 3. l identify time wasters and remove them: I cut activities OUT that don't contribute to my goals. I learned to sacrifice activities such as long nights out, junk food, and staying up late because they don't align with my ideal end game.
