It’s hard to process the overwhelming mix of emotions I am experiencing right now. How deeply our identities have been intertwined over the last three years. So before I make a post for my followers and your fans, my first letter is to you. Dearest Primrose Hill Manor ❤️ We found each other when we needed each other the most. You, in disrepair, desperately needing someone to give you life, and me recently divorced and stuck in pandemic limbo with a 30 year career that no longer challenged me. We needed each other, and most importantly, over time, we saved each other. And now, it’s time to let each other go. It will be ok because we are both stoic and strong. You have stood for 144 years and because of this small part I played, you will be here for many more decades to come. I am joyful and at peace. You have made me realize what I am capable of. A single momma tackling your restoration, sharing your story with as many as I could, having a full time job, my real estate studies, my growing teens. Somehow I managed it all. And in you I found my strength. In the coming weeks there will be many tears. But don’t be surprised when I say these tears are not only of sadness but tears of joy and gratitude. Joy, because I get to be part of your story forever, and gratitude because of the person you have made me become. I had the time of my life! And now it’s time to jump into the next chapter. New adventures await. Another oldie needs to be loved and just as importantly, it’s time to be closer to family. We are connected for life, sweet home and I will love you forever.
