Recipe: Transfer your uncooked mung beans to a tray, and use your fingers to remove any unwanted materials, such as stones etc and wash thoroughly Skip this step if using already-boiled mung beans (ndengu). then boil the green grams using water, until soft and tender. Heat some oil in a pot & fry the onion until translucent. Add garlic & ginger, allow to cook then add your tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes soften. Add in Carrots & green bell pepper. salt, curry powder, paprika, Garam-masala, Finally, add the ndengu, Coconut milk and simmer for abt 15min until cooked. You can add a little bit of water Incase ur ndengu is too thick but for me I like it thick. Keep stirring ur ndengu so that it doesn’t stick at the bottom of your Sufuria.
