Our menu this week: *Orange chicken with white rice and broccoli *Dijon chicken crunch with asparagus *Brown sugar bourbon pork chops (from the freezer) with mashed potatoes and can corn *Chicken cutlets with garlic butter spaghetti *Chicken stir fry Yes, lots of chicken. Now that we have a home of our own again, I will be posting cleaning videos from time to time. I know a lot of you like the videos where I show how I complete the day-to-day tasks. Moving forward, though, you will notice my husband in some of my videos. I’ve never shown him handling homemaking type duties just because I like to keep my family off camera for the most part. However, I pride myself on being extremely real and transparent and the reality is, I’m able to accomplish everything that I do because of him. Luke does the majority of the laundry, almost all the dishes, we cook together, etc. He is the reason I can take on so much. With our 3rd baby coming in less than 3 weeks, I didn’t want to give off the false impression that I’m some super woman doing it all. So, you will start to see him a bit more often. People have asked for years now, “what does your husband do while you’re doing this or that?” So now, you’ll see that side.
