Add in crushed garlic cloves and stir for a minute until fragrant. Add in celery, chopped carrots, lemon zest, lemon juice, chopped coriander, tin of tomatoes, vegetable stock, salt and pepper (taste to please). Leave to simmer on a low/med heat for 45-50 minutes until reduced.. this will develop more flavour! 2) Once reduced add in the Orzo and a few minutes later add in the Cavolo. Serve on its own, or with toasted bread. Enjoy and follow for more❤️ TIP* If you don’t plan on eating it right away you should cook the orzo separately and add it later. The orzo soaks up all of the liquid. So unless you want a stew, eat it right away or add the orzo later cooked according to the package directions if serving the next day. HACK* Great for freezing❄️ Follow for more🛒🥰 #budgetmeals #familymeals #recipeideas #fyp
