Am so made up to share this with you as you all know by now am love talking about being dyslexic, dyspraxic and having ADHD. So it was amazing to work with @Channel 4 as part of the how to be my ally campaign. " Leah chase But anyway heres the recipe Beignets- Put dry ingredients into a bowl 450g strong flour 60g castor sugar 1 tsp salt 10g instant yeast in a separate bowl, melt 50g of butter add 250g evaporated milk and two eggs Mix Then add to your dry ingredients Mix till combined Knead for 10 minutes Place in a greased bowl and cover for three hours Knock air out On a floured surface place dough an roll out to half a inch think Cut into squares Heat oil to 170c Fry three squares at a time to Golden Brown about 3 minutes Turning over in the middle Once all fried off drizzled with honey and coat with icing sugar and enjoy while hot #beignet #baking #princessandthefrog
